Description of Work: SimpliSafe provides centrally monitored security and fire services. We heard about it on the Dave Ramsey show and decided to check it out on their web site. The customer purchases the equipment and installs it (which is VERY easy). We chose to arm every single window (21) and exterior door (4) for a cost of $575. We pay $14.99/month. You can do more or less in the way of "gadgets" and monitoring. The people at SimpliSafe are readily available to answer any questions. We are very satisfied. | |With my previous security company, only the exterior doors were armed, and the pet sensor never worked, always alarming for the cat. Service calls were $90. The equipment was over $600 and the monthly fee was twice what we pay for SimpliSafe. |

Description of Work: Ordered a home security system. Installed it myself - very easy. Had a problem with the base station - I sent an e-mail and they called the next day, tried to fix it over the phone, and when that didn't work, sent a replacement unit that arrived 2 days later.

Description of Work: I ordered this system and set it up myself. It was kind of last minute and had to be a rushed job, but it was very easy. I had to wait a few days for it to connect to the call center, but it did finally go through. We had the cat set off one motion sensor while on vacation, and I was called promptly and was able to go online into my account and change the settings for that sensor so she didn't set it off again. I'm very happy with the SimpliSafe system.
