Description of Work: I bought a security package, which - as advertised - is very easy to install and set-up. Plus, the price can't be beat. The quality seems good, but I think the simplistic design may lead people to think otherwise. I do wish, however, the whole pin pad would light up wherever it's touched (cuz I can't see it in the dark!). I also wish the pin pad was tied to a specific door, so if any other door is opened when alarm is set, alarm would automatically go off (vs allowing a grace period). Overall, though, I'm very pleased! And regarding customer service . . . on the few occasions that I've had to call, they were very professional and courteous!

Description of Work: I was having an issue with my base station contacting the wireless network. Tried a few different locations, finally they sent out a new part to replace in the base station to connect to a different cell network and it works great now. One false alarm over the last two years, and always available via cell phone.

Monitoring is affordable with options from $15 to $25 depending on features. Love the text and email alerts. System works well and no problems after two years of use.
