Description of Work: Love my alarm and had a glitch in setting it up and the rep was very helpful and courteous and got me straightened out. Have had no problem with it so far. However, the rep did say he would send me a freeze sensor when he found out I had not received it with the original package and he never did that - I still don't have it.

Description of Work: Purchased a custom system online with entry sensors, glass break sensors, extra siren, extra key fob, water and freezing sensor. Install was pretty easy. The connection to the service didn't work the first night, but was working fine the next day. System hasn't had any hiccups since. I accidentally set off the alarm while at home when I forgot to turn the alarm off one morning. I got the text message and a call from the monitoring station quickly. | |The hardware seems a little cheap and it really needs a backlit keypad. But so far it is working fine. They also have the cheapest monitoring service with app access which is nice.

Description of Work: I ordered the kit. I installed the sensors. It was easy. It works as advertised. What I didn't know was that my city's police and fire depts. don't respond to monitored alarms. I just rely on the alarm to scare off the bad guys and alert the neighbors.

Description of Work: I spent two hours setting up and trying to get the security system to work. Only one of the devices reliably communicated with the home base which was in direct sight alignment with it at, a distance of 20 feet. All other devices did not work. I thoroughly read and followed all provided instructions and tried everything possible to get the system to work without success. If the devices can't communicate with the home base within my home, then I don't have any confidence that this system will be able to communicate with a monitoring company and to reliably protect my home. I ask for a full refund and return shipping paid by the company.

Description of Work: Purchased SS alarm via $200 system coupon and added another $150 in components. System was easy to set up, everything worked out of the box and configuration is easy. Door/ window contacts are a bit clunky compared to wired systems but being a wireless system I guess requires some bulk. Haven't connected to monitoring yet but intend to soon.
