Description of Work: We installed a Simplisafe security system. Installation and set up was easy and the support was very good. The system has been in place for close to 3 months and is working well. No false alarms or failures. Accidentally put it into test mode once and immediately was contacted by the monitoring service to ensure they understood what I was doing, so their responsiveness seems good. No complaints at this point... Seems like a good balance between service and cost. Not being locked into a contract is nice.

Description of Work: Very easy, simple self installation. But frequent error messages are generated, such as a certain window sensor isn't responding and in actuality sensor is fine. Also does this with panic button when it is also fine.

Description of Work: The Simplisafe purchase I made is a self installed home security system. My son helped me to install it. It does go easier with 2 people especially when testing everything. I like the product thus far and feel comfortable with using it. They give you a 72 hour window to play with the system before full activation which is good, just in case you accidentally trip the alarm while learning to use it! So far, it seems to be a good investment.
