Description of Work: Advertisements led me to believe I could monitor the system myself through the use of my smartphone. It turns out you need Simplesafe to monitor the system in order to monitor it through your smartphone, and at a price. Not what I rhought I was buying, nor what I wanted.

Description of Work: I purchased a home security system which was delivered by Mail. It is a system I install myself. I did need to contact the company for assistance to get the alarm working, however they were able to assist me over the phone and get everything working same day.
