Description of Work: I like the product itself, but I think I received a rebuild/re-certified unit. I had to have the base unit replaced and now I'm having issues with the keypad. Customer service was great and quick to respond. That said, I bought one for my Mom directly off the SimpliSafe's website and we've had no issues with it. I'm just not sure why I'm having problems with my system.

Description of Work: I purchased and installed a SimpliSafe home alarm system last year. The installation went smoothly following their clear and detailed instructions. There was one issue wherein the communications provider did not have a reliable link in my location, but SimpliSafe promptly sent me a module to link through a different provider and all has worked reliably after that. I particularly enjoy the flexibility to suspend or resume SimpliSafe's monitoring service at a day's notice to save on expenses. SimpliSafe is an outstanding company with an outstanding product.
