Description of Work: Easy set up, took much longer to take out old 1st alarm system than to install new one. I did have to move the base station to an area that was more centralized to the home to get signals from all of the sensors.

Description of Work: Shipped the kit I ordered. I installed it myself. Very good system for a do it yourself. I have subscribed to monitoring. I have had some difficulty with the CO2 sensor having communication errors. They call immediately on multiple phones whenever I test the equipment. The only thing else I would want is cameras and they say they are working on that.

Description of Work: They sent the DIY installation kit which is easy to do. Testing was done remotely and service established for 24/7 security. The ding is that the service is harder to setup without upgrading to a more expensive service.
