Description of Work: Self installation went well, though longer than the ads lead me to believe. Technical support was helpful and they were very patient as I went around the house and made the needed adjustments, but on a weekend day, the wait to speak with someone was long. Monthly cost for monitoring is reasonable. I purchased another security system from Simplisafe for another home, but had to return it because the local police policies for security systems created less security, not more.
