Awful customer service.
Description of Work: Christmas 2015 I purchased 3 systems, 1 for us, 1 for each of our adult children as gifts. We installed ours, could not get the keypad to behave properly. Contacted SimpliSafe via email, waited days for a reply. Called them by phone, it rang forever, then I was put on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up. My first email to them was 1/4/16, Brionna replied on 1/12 with the following: Due to high call volumes and emails from the Holiday Season we are trying our hardest to get back to every customer! How can it possibly take 8 days for a company to reply to an inquiry? This confirms they're not very organized nor responsive. I returned all 3 units at their expense. Beware: If you buy and install SimpliSafe you're on your own, don't expect any assistance from them.
