It went exceptionally well. I followed the provided instructions, and every piece went together as instructed. Right now I am doing my 72 hour "test run". When I did have to call about an item, they were prompt and polite and answered my question completely.

The system was very easy to install. I can track online what ever I do with the system. So far I really like it and the cost for monthly monitoring is very reasonable.

Everything has been going well so far, and the company has been providing very good service. I haven't had any problems with the new system.

The security products arrived in a timely manner. Everything was easy to install. The directions were easy to follow. I ordered extra components which customer service helped me to install. I like this company. There is no extra frills or cost added. I like the way I could have my security system custom tailored for my needs. I really like not having to sign a contract. This has been a great experience.

Great support. This is a self install. Good product. We added it to and existing older wired system so we could have wireless flexiblity. Good price for just what we needed.

Do not yet have it, so have no input on installing/activating the system as yet. Customer service reps were excellent in knowledge of products, patience with questions, helping me get the best deal for the money, and staying on the line until I made a decision. Also was told they do NOT work on commission so have no incentive to "up-sell." So far, my experience has been top-notch!

As soon as all the equipment came in the mail I got started. I put everything in, in just a few mins. No middle man. What minor problems I did have they worked to fix them, no questions asked. H*** with ADT who put's you in a 3-yr contract and try's to bleed you of every penny. Siplisafe is the way to go! Keep up the good work gang! P.S. The best system for a diy'er! I love how easy it was to install myself and I can also monitor it myself along with the company. We also got the smoke alarm so that the fire department will be notified. My power went out and the system emailed and texted me. I also received notification when power was restored BEFORE my electric company even called us. Feel safer and love that the service is cheaper than any other out there, only paying 24.99 a month AND I can cancel whenever I want. I calculated another company's offer for equipment and the $49 month service fee for interactive had to be paid for over 2 years! Ridiculous to me that they need to force a contract on you for so long. Anyway, happy with our new system and can't wait to add the video cameras that they are soon to sell as well.

The cost of monthly maintenance is the lowest that I could locate. There are step monitoring programs with incremental price increases. On occasion when I have set off my alarm, the monitoring staff responded immediately. The equipment seems to be sturdy and so far reliable. I had no difficulty when I called for assistance or provided updates on my computer. If you move, you can take your system with you and simply reinstall at your new location. The only shortcoming that I noticed is that there is no lawn sign, however there are decals for the windows.

You install the alarm yourself. It was excellent. It went very well. I've got both motion alarms and door opening alarms. It's a cellular based station so you don't need a phone line. They do a good job. I was working up on the roof once and I had sat on one of the alarms and hit the emergency button and it took about 5 minutes for the cops to show up. So it works really well. I get text messages and e-mail from them all the time saying the power went out and the power is back on. They just did an upgrade on it. You can use your cellphone to arm and disarm it remotely. I can check all my alarms online.

Their website had lots of information about the components they offered, so it was easy to decide what would work best for my house. They had refurbished systems for considerable discounts that are still fully guaranteed. My shipment arrived quickly, and installation was VERY EASY. I was nervous at first about if I could really do this correctly myself, but it was very simple. So far, I've been completely impressed with the system! I opted for the most expensive monitoring plan ($24.99/mo) which included interactive monitoring from my cell/computer. It's so cool! I have it set up to send me a text every time the alarm is set or turned off, and it tells me how it was set or turned off (key chain remote, keypad, etc.), what time it was set and what mode it was set in (home, away). You can assign names to each of the alarm sensors, so if an alarm is tripped, it tells me which window, door, or motion sensor that is set off. I can also assign multiple codes for arming/disarming (for different people), so I can actually know which kid got home to turn it off and at what time, or when, exactly, the plumber was there, etc. I can immediately change those codes online to ensure that access is only granted to whom I choose, when I choose. The part of this company that is most impressive to me (and it's what won my business over several other comparable alarm systems/companies) is that they do not require a contract for monthly monitoring. All other companies I researched had a 3-YEAR contract for their advertised monitoring fee. A few offered a one-year contract, but the monitoring fees went up if you opted for this. SimpliSafe's monitoring was clearly explained (there are 3 different levels) and was, by far, the least expensive out there. They charge $24.99/month for their interactive (most expensive) monitoring. Other companies I checked advertised $34.99, but then it went up from there and with their interactive service, the price was slightly above or below $50/month depending on the company. They also require that contract, so you are locked into that price. I can change my monitoring plan with SimpliSafe to a less expensive plan anytime I want to or I can opt not to pay for any monitoring service at all. I did my research because I consider this a valuable investment for the safety of my family and my belongings. I own the system I purchased and can take it with me to another house if I move. I can also add other components (carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarms, additional door/window sensors, etc.) to the system in the house I'm in and if I move to a different house that needs a different configuration. I've recommended this system to my friends and my family, and I don't usually do that with any company because I think everyone should do their own research!

Extremely simple to install and monthly monitoring is much less expensive than competitors. Very quickly replaced a faulty motion sensor. I am extremely satisfied with this security system. Great company!

I got my system very promptly. The directions were pretty easy and most of the components in the system were peel n stick, so there is virtually no hardware involved which is nice. The system was able to be tested fully before we went live with it and the customer service is amazing. The company sure knows how to make you comfortable. I love the simplicity of the system and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Installation was relatively easy. I like that there is not contract. My smoke detector seem to have trouble "responding" but tests seem to indicate it is working. I plan to contact the company to get a replacement to see if that will correct the issue. Biggest complaint so far is the smoke detector failures are in the middle of the night.

I really loved it. There weren't any complications with it. Honestly, I was real happy with them. I would definitely recommend them. They have ways that you can upgrade. Eventually, I have plans to upgrade. I would say that they're a great company. I have recommended them to my family and stuff.

I last used their service last December. The product they gave us was excellent and very, very easy to use. There’s a monthly fee that they charge which is $15. I would definitely recommend them.

It's a wireless system, with no drilling. Very responsive. Any problems and they help you right away. And if anything happens, they call right away.

We ordered this wireless home alarm system as the hard wired system currently in our home does not work as it should. We received the system as promised and all the parts we had ordered were included. My husband installed the system himself with the help of their videos online. It was very simple to install; hence called SimpliSafe! It is also very easy to use and we are very pleased with the entire system. The nice part is it is all portable and we can take it with us if we move from this residence. I would recommend this system to anyone.

The initial ordering of the basic equipment went flawless. Great customer service on the sales end easy to use website. Originally ordered the basic system with extra entry sensors for all windows and floors. Also received a Carbon Monoxide sensor, water sensor, and panic button. System was easy to install and worked well. In summary, everything about their system is great, easy to install, equipment cost is very reasonable and their monitoring service does not require a contract, HOWEVER STAY AWAY FROM THE SMOKE DETECTORS, I suspect since it is so consistent (three sets of replacements )it is more then just a "design flaw" as they suggest. Although I have become rather good at clearing the error, only problem is it only lasts from 3-7 days and it happens again. SMOKE DETECTORS - Since this is the only issue I have had here are the details of our challenges with them. Problems with the system did not start until we added the smoke detectors that came available about a month or two after we started the service. I ordered and installed three smoke detectors. A few weeks later we started to receive errors on them. I called the customer service and after 2-3 hours of troubleshooting with them on the phone they sent me two replacements for the one's showing errors. Customer service gets an "A". Two weeks after receipt and installing the new ones started showing errors as well. One triggered a false alarm at 5:00 AM while we were on vacation in Florida. Interesting point on the false alarm was the actual alarm did no sound or flash, just issued an alarm. I sent an email but did not hear back from them, which all aside was not consistent with the customer service I have been receiving from them. After about two weeks and no reply to my email, I called them and reviewed the issues again and finally the customer service department acknowledged there was a design issue with the smoke detectors. There was other customers having similar issues. She advised me the error issue had been corrected and a new shipment of the smoke detectors was coming in that Monday so they would send me three new and improved smoke detectors. They provided me one month of free service ($24.99) which I actually appreciated and thought was appropriate. Well the new and "improved" smoke detectors looked exactly like the once's being replaced and true to form, a week after install I have started to receive errors again. I have sent another email, I will let you know how it goes... Note - They did offer to take back the detectors and refund my money, however I originally purchased the system for the full package not just the entry sensors so my hope is they are able to figure it out.

First off, I love the fact that I outright own this alarm system. I have no monthly payments for the system whatsoever. I spent a lot of time researching alarm systems before I bought my house and this one really stood out from the pack. Now that I've had the system for over a year, I really want people to know about this company and the impeccable quality of their products. Installing this system was so easy I completed the entire installation in less than a half hour for a 2 story 3000 sq. ft. home. Establishing the monitoring service was very easy and only took a few days to be fully activated with the monitoring station. There are no contracts so the optional monitoring service can be canceled or restored at any time. The basic monitoring plan is $15 per month and a smart phone plan for $25 per month. Equipment prices are reasonable and the quality of the equipment is excellent. I have never had any problems with this system. It's a Cellular based system so no landline or internet connection is required for the alarm to function. That also means the bad guys can't cut the line to disable it either! I can't say enough good things about this company and its products. I've had my alarm system for more than a year now and have never had a false alarm. The alarm keeps working even if the power goes out. The literature says the system can operate on its internal battery for up to 5 days. The longest I've been without power was an entire day and the system continued to work on its internal battery with no problem at all. I even get a text message on my cell phone letting me know when power is lost or restored. Expanding the system was as simple as the initial installation. All I had to do was pull the plastic film from the new sensor battery compartment and the system automatically recognized the sensor. There was no wiring involved in the alarm system installation at all and all the components come preconfigured for your system from the factory. I opted for the simple adhesive option to install the sensors to the doors and windows which was quick and easy to install, I just had to peel the backing tape and stick it to the window sill or door jamb and that's it. I've never had a sensor fall off the wall because of adhesive failure. If you're concerned about that, you can use the included screws to install the sensors. If you don't want an eternal alarm system rental every month, this is the system for you. For the price you'll pay in just a typical year of rental with other alarm systems, you'll outright own this system. It's easy to uninstall and take with you should you move to another house. You won't regret buying this system!

From the time I recieved the system, to support calls, Everything has gone smoothly. The alarm service center is very polite and responsive. Tech and billing support has been perfect.

Great experience with this company! The products are good and a great value for the cost (I found out just how great a value after looking at other companies/options). The one time I've set off the alarm by accident, the monitoring center gave me a call less than one minute after the alarm triggered--doesn't get better than that for response time. You may have to tape up the components with heavier-duty Command tape (they tend to fall off the walls in humid weather), but as complaints go, that's a pretty insignificant one.

We had to have the base unit replaced due to quality control issues. The system was easy to install, simply safe has been very resonsive to our questions and took very good care of us when we have had any technical questions or issues. I love that fire alarms can now be integrated.
