It turned out very good. I installed it with the instructions and they are now monitoring it for me. It was very quick and very easy. It has good instructions. It wasn’t difficult at all. One thing that I really like about them is that I’m not locked into a one term contract. I’m not locked to any kind of contract. It’s like 3 times the fee that they charge versus what I’m paying to have it monitored. So it’s a lot more expensive in the long run. I talked to them on the phone in setting up my service and then I got a call verifying once I’ve set it up, they give you 72 hours of time like a trial time so you can see how it works and everything and making sure everything is working and if there’s any problem with the system. The only small complain I have is that they have these little key fobs and one of them stopped working. I just haven’t had a chance to contact them to see if they can replace it. I’m very pleased. They’ve been very responsive. They were very punctual. I got the system right away.

As per most review, the product design could be better. Overall as per feature, price, and value you can't go wrong with a Simplisafe. I bought extra add on for my system and it didn't take long to install at all. They are simply easy :) I am still testing the system before I activate the monthly monitoring service. My only complaint was the shipping could have been faster. So far, I am happy camper!

Ordering was easy. I received the system extremely quick. Set up was easy but took several days to work out the kinks with the receiver that sends info to Emergency Dispatch/\. I eventually needed to replace a component but company responded quickly and issue was resolved

It was very easy to self-install. However no one follows up with me from Simplisafe. When I call them, all they said was go to online and do it yourself. I am not sure yet how punctual this system is and whether everything is well connected since motion sensor doesn't pick up my movement. Also, Simplisafe customer service closes very early (I called them at4pm but they closed already). The company may say I need to consider eastern time. I understand, but 24hrs service (not automatic machine recordings) makes more sense for security system. Good thing is no contact, so I'm going to try for a while and change to other companies if I am not satisfied with their service .

We received the product promptly, and the company was very helpful with setup. However, our city requires an eye witness for the police to respond to an alarm, and SimpliSafe required us to find such a service. However, while researching, we found a company that does both, so we went with them instead.

It was relatively easy to install. It is a very clever system because you can hide your main key pad. One of the best features I find is that it will still work when the internet is interrupted. Our experience is that it was very responsive even to the point that every power outage and return was communicated to us through email. We did have a false alarm and that showed us how quickly they respond which was within seconds. We are very happy with them and we purchased a second system for our other house.

They contacted us about a week ago to let us know they haven't been receiving a signal from us. ADT Never did that. Within 5 minutes of them contacting us, the problem was resolved. Excellent customer service & follow up!

The equipment that came with the original order was not nearly enough to cover the house in terms of really getting the access points and providing an alarm even though the deal was labeled as a complete home protection system. I had to order additional equipment at another $180 in order to get enough entry sensors, additional motion detector, and a siren.

Customer service at SimpliSafe has been great! Both the check-in email and the phone consultant that I spoke with were friendly & professional. I'm looking forward to installing our new system.

Install was easy. We were up and running in about an hour.

In addition to the $259 starter package, I purchased more components from Simplisafe to complete our system. Our total cost was $656.78 and we only pay $24.99 per month for monitoring with no contract!

System arrived in about a week. I set it up myself. It took about 15 minutes. The system is working great and I feel good about the safety that it provides. We did set it off accidentally and received a call from the monitoring call center immediately. I also like the keychain with the panic button. I purchased another system for my other daughter yesterday. It is great not having to sign a minimum 3 year contract (like the other companies have) and the $14.99 a month monitoring fee is very affordable.

We have accidentally set the alarm off ourselves. They have always called promptly and asked for our safe word.

Simply Safe has the best equipment around for security. We have had the system for over three years and and love the way it operates and the cost of monitoring is very reasonable (about half of what others charge). Thier support personal are excellent. I highly recommend

The only concern I had was when the alarm arrived while I was at work and it was left on my door step. Most people get alarm systems because there has been theft in their neighborhoods or they have personally had an issue. I'd think an company that sells alarms would have the delivery company retry delivery later if one is not home or leave a pick up at our branch notice. Luckily it was there when I got home, but I wonder how many get taken off front porches. The alarm itself is just fine and easy to install.

Simplisafe was polite and courteous very professional. They had run into before and made me aware of the issue that they could not notify the police due to the current laws for my city. A local alarm will not work for my needs. I will continue to investigate other alarm services.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was wonderful. They sent me the instructions for the set up and it was very simple and easy. It works just perfect. They said you can add on very easily so that was nice. What they do is if they gave you a 10% coupon, you cannot use that if you already used Angie’s List deal. So I thought I was gonna buy that thru Angie’s List and then later on use it to add more item but you couldn’t use the 10% off.I used the deal within 2 weeks of purchase. They give you a call within a couple of days and then the alarm gets sent out within 2 weeks. They've been great. If you need them for a comment, their response time is great.

Quick and courteous. Best bang for the buck system and great price on monthly monitoring, currently $14.99 per month. No frill but works great and easy to install.

Installation was very easy. The basic pricing is good ($14/month for the monitoring), but some online control features are overpriced.

The system was a bit over-priced for what we received and I was not thrilled with the quality of the components. I have another providers system installed in my home and, in hindsight, I should have purchased that system to give as a gift. The SimpliSafe system is more entry level than I was expecting.

Wonderful Customer Service and Responsive to my individual needs.

The system was easy to install. It is monitored so I save on my house insurance. No expensive installation and no wiring and strangers in my home. Perfect system and the monthly rate for monitoring is only $14.99 a month the least expensive around. It has a test bottom and when I used they called in seconds. My son has set it off a few times and those calls came within seconds as well. Very happy with the entire system
