It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was fine. It came in the mail. There were 3 sensors and we also got a camera.

I am very pleased with their services. I got the product immediately and installed it and it works great. They have great products and great customer service. They were very responsive when I called for questions.

System delivered within a week. Self installation was fairly straight-forward

It went just fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. It was a complete kit for 4 doors, I believe. It was quite expensive but was very nice. It was easy to install.

I received the package in the mail. I let it sit for about a week. Took it to the home that I needed monitored. I open the package, which was in a very neat layout. I open the boxes inside carefully. Each part of the system is in its own little container. It comes with the instruction with pictures on how to set up the system. Even if you made an error it explains how to rectify the matter. My husband and I set it up together. It took us 30 minutes maximum. The time was deciding where to places the sensors in a 1530 sq. ft. house was the most time consuming. We could not make up our minds, we wanted to use all the tools wisely and protect the home thoroughly. We chose the areas where we wanted the sensors to go put the key pad on the wall and changed the password. The system worked immediately, and they tell you to test the signal. We followed the directions and it did everything it said it would. We wanted to call customer service just to verify that on their end it was good, like we thought. Nevertheless, they were closed on the weekends. I called on Monday, and they verified it was perfect. We love it. Way cheaper than other guys.

Excellent service! We bought the deal and requested they send a couple extra items with the deal (for an additional cost), which we received within a few business days! The team is quick and very polite, whether dealing via email or phone for support. We have 2 cats, and they were able to help us configure (via tutorials and emails) the system not to trigger based on our pets presence. Install was super quick and easy.

Alarm system was mailed to me for self-installation. Fully illustrated instructions and customer service contacts. The only area that needs improvement is that their customer service department closes at 5 CST M-F so if you have a problem, you are left waiting for them to re-open. Not good for an alarm provider. System is definitely great quality and plan to expand the system in the future.

They were very aggressive in wanting to help me know the answers to my questions and they were able to give me those answers.

This is a wireless home security system. No one comes to install it, you do it yourself. We ordered a package off of Angie's List, and then added a few more components. It arrived within a week and we installed it in half an hour. We set up monitoring online and then tested the whole system. We feel like it's a great value and does not involve a contract. I would recommend this company.

All in all seems to be a very good system, on top of owning your own system, only $15 for monitoring with no contract, cant beat that.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. The service turned out well. I did receive it within seven to ten business days. The set up was easy. I would recommend the service.

It went fine. I bought the alarm, it was shipped to me, I installed it and I've been using the service ever since and I haven't had any issues. I had to buy additional accessories such as a smoke alarm but the actual deal came as described. I made the choice to buy additional items. They are reasonably priced compared to the competitor so that was a big plus to me. We tested it and it works and when we tripped the alarm they responded to us.

I had the kit opened and installed in less than 1 hour. Very detailed information about how to install contacts and sensors. . Do not jump ahead and think you know how to install. Sequence is important. I had to call and have support explain how to reset the base unit. I would not have to have called it I would have read everything first. This is a great option to the ADTs and other national alarm companies. Basic monitoring is less than 15.00 a month. The equipment is all wireless with exception of base unit plugging in to recep. The base unit has battery backup if electrical power goes out. I would definitely buy again. Overall great value for alarm system and monitoring.

Simple to set up, comparing the kit they provided with the deal to other similar systems it was much more cost effective. I had to purchase a good amount more sensors to cover all entry points but still much cheaper than pretty much all I looked into. Quality seems to be good and simple to set up. I have 2 small children and a pool, even when not turned on the system will sound a chirp everytime any of the sensors are opened letting us know that someone opened a window or door, nice so that we know if our little ones are trying to get into the pool area without us.

I purchased a big deal for this company. It turned out well. I have no complaints at all. It was very easy.

The installation went fine. I have not got the monitor service done yet because I am going through the local municipality to get permission to have the alarm activated. They were nice and the products were great. I had the materials for two or three days and I ordered more additional pieces. They all arrived promptly and had no issues with them. They've been very good. The equipments are very good and are all comparable with the more expensive companies; it's all comparable with what they have and it is much better price than what you get from them.

It went great. Just as they promised, would use again in next house.

Great price and very easy to install

The experience was wonderful and I like them a lot. It’s a low cost service and a do-it-yourself system, so I wasn't sure if they would have good customer service. It turns out they have great customer service and support and I have been very pleased. I upgraded some services with them for the additional costs. All contacts I have reached have been very professional.

Excellent product, was able to set up and use within minutes. Very explanatory. Have not made any calls to customer service, but emails are responded to within a reasonable amount of time. I give the customer service an A for that.

Simplisafe was wonderful. I received the equipment within a week of ordering and dragged my feet setting it up. Once I found some time to set it up I ran through the detailed directions and had it up and running in no time with one exception. I didn't get the call for the test signal. A lot of that had to do where I had the base station, even though it glowed blue it was not receiving a consistent signal. I called Simplisafe tech support and they ran me through some simple troubleshooting. The support agent provided me with a new cell board that works perfectly. I installed it once received and sent the old one back. No issues since then and the service has worked well (interactive plan).
