Compared to other (more expensive) systems this system beats them hands down. You can not beat the system and the price. Buy it! The reason for a latter date of my contact was for a problem that developed, which their excellent service took care of completely. After checking my system from their service dept.,they even sent a new smoke detector free. Monthly cost $14.99 with no contract!

The installation was effortless. The actual setup was a breeze & the responsiveness of customer service was quick & eager to help. So, in December I ordered another complete system & installed it in our Florida home & again everything went extremely well.

This is a self-install security system and works just fine. Occasional issues with keypad and the key-less remote. Overall it is a decent system and the monthly payments are low.

I am extremely happy with our security system from Simplisafe. We have had it for about two months now and we are very impressed with all of the features to date. We are paying for the highest level of service including SmartPhone app access for only $25/month. The equipment was the biggest expense so far but with the deal we got from Angie's List we only had to spend $325 for what we really wanted. They are working on some more features which should be out soon and we are looking forward to having including a glass break sensor and cameras. If anything happens to the system, you will get a text message. Our power flickered off/on and the system texted us immediately that the power went off and came back on. It was so good that my brother has now ordered his own system based on my recommendation and I am going to help him install it (within 15 minutes) this weekend. Again, highly recommend and you can cancel at anytime. They also have a money back guarentee. Hope this review helps you with your decision.

The system was extremely easy to install and customer service has always been helpful. Whenever an alarm has been tripped, SimpliSafe has responded immediately. I would highly recommend!

It works good but they have lied about supposedly having glass break sensors that are coming soon. It's been over 2 years. Would not recommend.

They sold me a system. SimpliSafe does not install. You just buy a system yourself, install it, and they monitor it. So far it has worked great.

Simplisafe provides wireless home security system monitoring. Occasionally the keypad will report that it cannot connect, but that usually resolves itself in a couple minutes. Also, the sensors with the system sometimes report that they cannot be reached, but fiddling with the sensor seems to fix that too.

Simplisafe has responded to my customer service calls on a number of occasions. They are always friendly and responsive. My only complaint is that they are not available 24/7, and I tend to need them on weekends. None of the calls cost me anything. The monitoring service is inexpensive and works for me.

Simplisafe is an Install-It-Yourself home security system. They have varying levels of security. So, check out what suits you the best. I went for the whole tamale. So, I spent about $600 up-front on equipment. Now, I own my whole system and pay $24.95/month for monitoring. The monitoring level I chose includes the ability for me to monitor and control the system via the Internet, as well. Very nice!||It was easy to install the wireless system. They sent me everything I needed and very clear instructions. I had the whole system installed and working in a single day.||The system is easy to use. I got a certificate from them to supply to my insurance carrier for a discount. I love the peace of mind knowing that I have break-in, fire, and CO2 monitoring plus a "panic" button in case I need to get help.|

The instructions for the installation, which I did myself, were clear and easy to follow. I installed the four door units and motion sensors and then plugged into my computer to activate. I went online to get the required Police Alarm permit for 30.00. Tested the installation as instructed and then armed it and left the house. Worked as advertised. It lets you know when you arm and disarm the system. Easy. I feel the home is protected, and I am safe inside.

Self installed systems start as low as $230, I think I paid $350 for my system with additional sensors and siren. They answered my questions and have not had a reported problem yet. Price above of $14.99 is monthly price.

Self install security system. They provide monitoring. I have had to contact them a couple times about issues. Slow to respond to phone calls about issues but generally try their best to help.

They are fine. We didn't have any problems or anything. It was easy to set up and didn't require people to come into our house. It was just nice that they guided us by not harassing us. Their price was very reasonable.

SimpliSafe provides a self-install home security system. The instructions are not as clear as they could be - especially for the very novice person. More importantly, when I needed to call the Customer Service Center, it took quite a while to be able to speak to someone.

The instructions were very easy to follow, and the installation went very well. The cost of the package and monthly monitoring is very reasonable and there is not a long term contract.

The door sensors didn't quite work out for me. Much bigger than wired sensors so quite a lot more work to install. Overall, though, product quality is about what I expected for the price... it is not fair to compare to systems costing much more so good rating overall.
