I received all the equipment for my alarm system. Instructions were very clear and installation was easy. It is exactly what I expected.

Had a small problem getting it up and connected online, and they assisted over a phone line very adequately. Works flawlessly now.

I purchased my product online after speaking to a representative about which products to buy. It took about 15 minutes to install the security system. It has worked beautifully for a year now. I use the phone app, which is easily to control from anywhere, but I also love that I am not bound to a contract and can take my security system with me if I move.

Very happy with the service . Have had just about a year and have had only 2 minor issues with the motion sensors going off for a reason I could not determine. But otherwise, very please with the system. Especially like the functionality of using my cellphone to monitor the system.

I order and it was mailed to me. I set it up and it was ready to go. I'm having a little problem with turning off the part of the alarm that makes the lady talk. But it seems to be working over all .

It is ongoing. They provide security 24/7. I installed units myself (very easy to do), and now they monitor my security 24/7.

Simplsafe is a DIY wireless security system using cellular technology, no phone line required, optional monitoring for a modest monthly fee with no contract term. Great system!!! Easy to install, great support.

Easy set up. Customer service is very punctual. Service is affordable. We love it.

This is a self installed alarm system. It's fairly easy to do, although it requires a bit of a learning curve. The system was fairly reliable. The only issue for me is that there is no technical support over the weekend. There were a couple of occasions that I needed weekend technical support, just prior to leaving for a trip, and it simply wasn't available: Therefore the B rating.I will probably install the system in the home I just recently purchased. It works well; the monitoring is excellent; it's a good value.

Simplisafe is a complete security system that is wireless and easily installed by the user. Their monthly rate for monitoring varies but is cheaper than others like ADT. Luckily, I've had no break-ins, but I've accidentally set off the alarm and they've responded very quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy with the system!

I purchased the components for the security system and installed them according to the instructions. The components were delivered promptly, the installation was easy, and there were no problems with the install or subsequently with the monitoring. The initial cost is reasonable, the monitoring cost is very reasonable, the range of sensors is good and expanding. The response of the monitoring service to alarms is excellent. | |The only problem with these wireless systems is that all of the sensors are battery powered. After a year or so, the batteries need to be replaced. Error messages appear on the keypad, so you can figure out which sensor(s) need batteries, which is good. The replacement ranges from easy to somewhat difficult depending on the sensor involved, but it is always kind of annoying.

They monitor my house for water leaks and burglary. I am very satisfied with the price and the product.

I shopped around for a home security system & decided on a wireless system. Meaning, I could install it myself without any electrical work. It was very easy & functions just as well as a wired system. The monthly fees beat the competition, and there's not contract. I can move, taking the system with me, leaving it behind or cancel at any time, with no fees. I will say that buying all the equipment up front was expensive, but it's mine to keep & rearrange as my home changes. | |Each time I've set the alarm off, accident, dog-sitter etc. Their dispatch immediately call me to make sure all is well, then cancel their call to 911 after confirming my ID. Whenever I've had issues with smoke detectors etc. I've gotten replacements shipped free, and quickly. | |Highly recommended.

Here is what I wish someone would have told me about SimpliSafe before I purchased it. The cons first: 1. The base station is very quiet (much quieter than any other security system I have ever seen. So, if you have a house larger than 1500 square feet, you will probably not hear door chimes. THIS IS A HUGE DEAL and one of the main reasons I purchased an alarm system in the first place -- so I could hear if a door is opened. 2. The key pads ding when you set the alarm, but will not make a sound when you enter the house. I think that would alleviate problem 1. 3. Glass break sensors do no exist (yet) even though they have been working on it for a very long time. 4. No after-hours costumer service. 5. Any additional components you need are relatively expensive. Even window decals can be considered an additional component and their yard signs do not come with a stick. Here are the pros: 1. Couldn't be easier to install. 2. Monitoring fees are much lower than their competitors and not having a contracts is great. 3. They sell refurbished systems on their website and they are ~20-30% off regular prices. That being said, I'm pretty convinced that I will end up keeping my system. The one thing I'll have to do is buy door chimes from my local hardware store and eventually an extra siren. I would encourage you to check out their user forums before purchasing.

Good economical method to provide security to your home. Anyone can install the equipment. They call every time I test the system. They also let me know in advance if something is not wrong. By far the best security system for the money.

I am extremely satisfied with SimpliSafe and have recommended them to my friends and family.

The monthly price of monitoring was also much less than others. Just loved their product.

It was self install system. The directions are easy to follow and I had the system installed in 45 minutes. I chose the "most expensive" option for monitoring (24.99/month) because it allows me to use my smart phone (get text alerts, and turning system on/off). I did a ton of research and SimpliSafe was less expensive even though you need to purchase the equipment.

Mine is the "standard" system (burglar alarm with door/window/motion sensors). You install the system yourself. It is wireless and is simple to install. Cost: $14.99 per month. This is "SimpliSafe 1". My only criticism is that this base system can only accommodate one keypad. This is a real pain-in-the-neck if you have more than one entrance in your home (which most of us do!). It was suggested that I use the keychain remote (which comes with the system) but it is bulky, and the 'panic' button on the remote can easily be activated as you place it in your purse when leaving the house! And it's "silent" so you won't realize you've done it until your cellphone rings and SimpliSafe is calling you for your safe word!! ||You can get 2 keypads (and all sorts of alerts--fire, carbon monoxide, flood, etc) if you upgrade to SimpliSafe 2 which costs $24.99/month - still a good deal.

Very easy to customize and install the system. Easy to use and expand if I want at any time. Not expensive to install nor to have monthly monitoring. No contracts. System can be easily moved to another home.

Very easy to set up, and it works very well. They are costing about half of what I spent before for monitoring, while delivering much more sophisticated and interactive service.
