This is an EXCELLENT product. The only concern I have is they do not have WEEKEND Technical Service, just the Emergency Contact. If you have a technical problem over the weekend, you are left to the website, or looking at Facebook for a common problem. I have mistakely tripped the Panic Button and other alarms and they are ON TOP OF IT! I never felt so safe before! I LOVE THEM and recommend them highly. However, they are very quick to replace and provide replacement parts with no problem. I only had a proble with my Siren after I added another component and they sent the replacement and FREE rechargable batteries. I LOVE this company!

It was extremely easy to set up and the monitoring service has been excellent. When we had a problem with the cellular connection, they quickly walked our neighbor, who was caring for the house, through the procedure needed to reconnect the system. They have always responded quickly and professionally to any question we had about the system.

SimpliSafe is the provider of equipment and monthly monitoring for the alarm system in my home in Woodstock, GA. Their equipment works as claimed, and their monitoring service does, too.

Living in a rural area with bad cellular coverage is an issue once in awhile. While on a trip out of town, we received call on our cell that our alarm had gone off asking if we wanted them to alert the police. We did, luckily a storm had knocked out the system setting the alarm off. That's the only problem we've had so far I would like to see them allow a set up where you can have an additional speaker in another part of the house other than at the base unit. It was difficult to hear when it alerted us late at night of a water leak downstairs. Great and reasonable price.

This is a nice self-installed security system that offers 24hr police response for $15/month. It was easy to set up and expand with a variety of wireless sensors, panic buttons, etc.

I added a couple of components to it. It was easy to install. I like that it is wireless and that I do not need to sign a contract. When I've had any issues, their customer service area was helpful and knowledgeable. I occasionally have an issue with components not communicating with the base station, but these are easy to fix.

Easy self installation. Monthly monitoring, reasonably price, no contract. The one time I accidently set the alarm off they were calling me in less than 1 minute.

It is very easy to install. No wiring or hole drilling is necessary. All detectors are battery operated and peel and stick. I ended up with 5 entry detectors, 6 motion detectors, 4 water detectors, 1 alarm, 1 temp detector, 2 smoke alarms, 1 CO detector. All of the detectors are wireless and communicate wirelessly with Simplisafe's monitoring service. Response time when alarm is triggered is outstanding.

We had to install everything and had to order other parts that we were not told we needed and took a lot of time.

Went as expected, monthly monitoring cheaper than the other alarm companies.

The SimpiSafe Wireless Security System is the best option for your Home Security. You need to go to their very informative website and like me you will be sold on their system! You need to be very leery of getting yourself into one of those security monitoring contracts that are expensive monthly and from what I have read sometimes very hard to get out of. The SimpliSafe system is the BEST! A wireless system is the way to go! The only problem that I had were a few of the sensors fell from where I had mounted them using the company double sided sticky tape. One I had stuck to a wooden door support in my shed and one I had stuck to a porch aluminum door which slammed shut a little hard. This was an easy fix, the sensors come with screws, where the tape may not work well use the provided screws instead of the tape to mount your sensors. In fact unless you plan to take your system with you in a move I would just go ahead and use the screws to begin with! I would highly recommend the SimpiSafe System, not only is it reasonably priced I think it will give you more and better protection compared to the more expensive landline type systems. Also I have three dogs and their movement in the house has never set off the alarm, the company explains how to mount your motion sensors if you have pets. I wouldn't use a motion sensor in a room perhaps with a parrot, just use that sensor in a different room. The room would still be protected with your window or door sensors though. I highly recommend the SimpliSafe system. Oh, if you misplace your owner's manual you can just download another from the SimliSafe Website. One more thing, you should make a list of the sensor ID numbers and where you placed them. You may have to replace some of the batteries occasionally and the keypad will tell you if there is a problem with a sensor. Might be good to know which sensor has the problem! The batteries used are common ones you can find locally.

It was easy as advertised to install, and we did sign up for the home monitoring. The customer service we have received from SimpliSafe has been outstanding and the system works beautifully and we are very glad we have the system instead of going with a company that comes in and drills holes in your walls and their systems are rented and not owned as the SimpliSafe system is.

Overall, we have been pleased with SimpliSafe. Ease of using the equipment, cost and support is all satisfactory. There have been minor issues crop up but they are fast to make them right. Customer service is very good.

Best security system at an affordable price.

SimpleSafe lets you buy your equipement which cost us about $ 300.00. Then the monthly fee is $ 19.95. Most importantly it is a wireless alarm system which is easy to install. Also it connects with the monoitor wirelessly so the burglar cannot just cut your phone alarm to bypass your alarm. They provide great customer service if you have any problems with the hardware you purcahsed.

This is the greatest security anyone can find and you install it yourself! You can check online with them or give them a call for answers to questions and/or concerns. Everyone is so nice and understanding. Very affordable and it does the same service as the way more expensive services across the country. No one comes into your home to install--you do it. And yes, it works! My alarm went off once while I was out of my home and the police came right away--it was a false alarm but the police were great about it.

The problem was promptly fixed and is working as expected. It is an affordable and reliable system. Also easy to install and set up. If you have any problems a phone call to them is answered by a pleasant helpful person. I do recommend Simply Safe.

It is easy to install and has several different sensor options. My monthly monitoring fee is $19.99 which includes messages sent to my cell phone concerning the system status.

It's self-installed with their assistance via phone or internet. They have been quick to respond to any issues and great about explaining things.
