I live in a building managed by premier and it has been overall a positive experience. I’ve been here about 1 year now and happily plan renewing my lease. The building is kept very safe and clean, communication is always prompt, and any time I had an issue here they went above and beyond to fix it quickly.

I hired Premier to manage several properties I own throughout Boston after receiving a recommendation from one of my established real estate colleagues, and wow am I glad I made the choice to stick with them! Everything from communication to follow through they impress me. Any and all issues (big or small) they tackle immediately and with great effectiveness! I would highly recommend them to anyone else in need of a property manager (I know from experience, finding good ones is extremely hard and time consuming).

I live in a building managed by Premier and have been here for about a year now, and I have no complaints so far. They have done truly a remarkable job managing my unit. Whenever I have an issue (like needing a light bulb replacement for my high ceilings), they respond incredibly quickly and have someone over literally the next day. I've had my fair share of terrible property management companies when renting, so I truly appreciate Premier and how incredibly professional, efficient, and effective they are. Also when I moved into the unit it was scrubbed completely clean and had absolutely no issues.

Premier helped me find and buy my recent property, and I was overall thrilled and satisfied with the experience. From beginning to end their real estate agents were patient, kind, and understanding with me and my specific needs/desires. They quickly found me the perfect home which had all of the important features I requested, and it was right in my price range. I overall was impressed with the experience and plan on using them again in the future for any real estate needs I have.

Premier is the present manager of my current property in Back Bay, and they have truly done a remarkable job thus far. I've been working with them for many years and I am consistently blown away with how caring and genuine each and every one of their property managers has been to me. What I love about Premier is that they treat my property as if it were their own, they never rush a job, they always give it 100% and make sure they go above and beyond to resolve any issues, each and every time. Also my building is always kept extremely clean, manicured beautifully, and safe. I would highly recommend them if someone is in search of a results-driven property management company.

Premier manages the current unit I live in, and I also used their real estate agents to help me find my current property. They truly do a terrific job, the building is always kept well manicured, maintenanced, and clean. Whenever I have a question they answer promptly and leave me fully informed without any questions. My unit is very modern and affordable considering all the amenities provided. Their agent found the perfect fit for me and I've very glad I was recommended to work with them.

Working with Premier was overall a very pleasurable experience. Their communication was always detailed and prompt. I used them when purchasing my current property, and have used them before when selling property as well. Working with them has always been a positive experience. Their agents are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy. I love my new home and was surprised with how quickly they found me exactly what I wanted considering how picky I am.

We recently used Premier's agents when selling our home in Peabody, and they made the experience incredibly easy and stress free. They were very professional and positive to work with. They were also very flexible and helped us sell our home in the short time frame we were working with, while still getting above ask price! They were very attentive and gave great suggestions throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone else in search of a real estate agent or property manager, they are very experienced and honest/trustworthy individuals to work with.

We used Premier's agent when buying our house, and it was an incredible experience. Their broker was extremely knowledgable, trustworthy, and truly cared about making sure we were totally satisfied and happy with the experience. They didn't rush us which we totally appreciated, and made us feel comfortable and confident all the way. They curated a great selection of homes we were looking for and we ended up finding someone even better than we had imagined! From start to finish I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

Premier has made the process of being a property owner totally easy and stress free for me. I was referred to them through a colleague in the real estate industry after going through a few other Boston management companies who were doing terrible jobs and basically neglecting my building. Premier has been the total opposite, they are extremely reliable, professional, and I'm constantly in awe of how they go above and beyond to ensure my tenants and I are happy and fully satisfied. They have been very helpful and accommodating when it comes to managing repairs, handling lease renewals, and overall taking care of the buildings general maintenance and cleaning services. I look forward to continue working with them as I expand my real estate portfolio!

Premier has been managing several units I own throughout Back Bay for the past 6 years, and they have done nothing but an excellent job. From communication to execution, they are professional, timely, and work hard to go above and beyond to make sure my tenants and I are satisfied. They have also kept my buildings at 100% capacity and with smart and reliable tenants, which is something I was unable to do while unsuccessfully managing my units alone for several years.

Have been our property manager for over 5 years.
They raise fees and and add new fees without notice.
Pay bills late, incurring late fees, over paid a bill by thousands of dollars.

The experience was awful.  I had to pay someone else to do the work.

This is a terrible property management company bordering on fraudulent behavior. Their estimates for repairs are always much higher than if you get your own and they often take forever to respond to requests. They make up excuses and cite fake regulations to get you to do things their way. Bottom line is just stay away from this company at all costs.
Our condo is currently looking for another management company to replace PPS.

The worst company I've ever had to deal with for any purpose.
