These gentlemen were on time, completed the job and allowed time for the review their work. Prior to their cleaning my family room which is in the lower level of the home had a damp-musty smell. Their deep cleaning and deodorizing methods removed any and all trace of that damp smell. The carpet has its rich fresh color once again. They came in set-up and completed the work in no time and the carpet dried in the amount of time that they said it would. Truly would recommend and use them again!
