I would highly recommend this service they did an excellent job. They cleaned 3 bedrooms and two sets of stairs which had not been cleaned in years and were truly soiled. The carpets looked almost new when they were finished. We thought they would have to be replaced they were so bad but they came out so good the carpet is staying. They were on time, thorough and very professional and at a reasonable price.

They respond immediately to my request to clean a carpet with two week old paint stains on it. They came the same day on time, completed the work quickly and completely at a reasonable price. i was glad to pay them for such a nice job.

They did a great job--very thorough and professional. They were flexible too and didn't mind my asking them to clean another chair that I hadn't included in my initial quote with them. This is the 2nd time they've cleaned my rugs, and I'd definitely recommend them.

The gentlemen did a great job which surprised me because the two bedroom carpets had a lot of stains. They certainly exceeded my expectations! Also other pros ere not capable of cleaning carpets in an 8th floor condo unit. I would highly recommend New England Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning!

Wonderful! They followed up the day before to confirm appointment. Showed up on time. Finished the job in about 2 two hours. Furniture looks great! Clean looking and smelling. I had many questions about the cleaning process and they were able to answer them all. :-) Took four hours to dry as they had quoted. The Technicianswere polite, and actually had a personality. Nice conversation with them, I found out they were on their way to Boston Symphony to take care of the offices and Auditorium. Very pleased, and would recommend, as well as use their services again.
