Mass Garage Doors Expert

Every so often you find a residential service professional that has it all together. The folks at Mass Garage Doors proved that to me this morning. I scheduled an appointment to repair & service my double door garage opening system. It was in various stages of becoming inoperable. In scheduling the service appointment, I had warned them that various components of the system might need to be replaced. Ronen Sisso arrived on time, assessed the issues, and, in record time, he fixed the internal control pad, reprogrammed the units to work with the external key pad, the remote control fob, and my auto opening system. He also lubricated all the key mechanical components resulting in a more efficient and quite opening and closing of the doors. In going over the work that he did, he advised me that parts replacement on this 16 year old system was not warranted thus saving a significant amount of money. Without qualification, I recommend Mass Garage Doors based on their expertise, professionalism and quite reasonable costs. Ronen did an excellent job and went way beyond what the job called for. He stayed after the repair was complete and offered to help me reprogram my garage code and to sync it with my garage remote on my car. I would highly recommend him!

WORK QUALITY: I have no issues, concerns, or complaints about the quality of work. The job was estimated, ordered, and installed as we discussed. No more, no less. OTHER CONCERNS: - Ronen insists on using online methods for scheduling, payments, invoicing yet does NOT respond to emails or texts, you MUST call him verbally for everything, despite all online interactions stating an email. There is no other way to communicate with him. - Payments are done through PayPal,yet Ronen doesn't really understand how this works. For example, I paid the estimate fee online, paid the despite online thru PayPal invoice, yet when the work was completed he INSISTED payment in-hand via a check before he would leave the work site. I was away and my daughter was there with her boyfriend and Ronen REFUSED to leave without a cash or check payment immediately. He continued to badger and harass my family until she finally wrote him a check. This is where the breakdown is: all he had to do was invoice me the second part thru PayPal, just like he did for the deposit and it would have been paid automatically. This is how his business works and he demanded it be done up front, yet when the job was done he wanted cash or check. Worse, I then got an email for the second part of the invoice demanding payment, yes, the same money he already demanded in cash/check and refused to leave. I called him and he said "yeah, no worries, it's all good." yet the invoice is outstanding and he doesn't know how to close it out. My suggestion to anyone using his service is to pay ONLY by cash or check and don't use his online payment systems, he has not idea how it works.

Talk about great service! Came on time; diagnosed the problem right away; fixed right away with great care and attitude at a reasonable price. I wish everyone would do business this way. I highly recommend Mass Garage Doors Expert. Ronan is an expert.

Ronen was punctual, hard-working, fast, and thorough. He showed up on time. He called to confirm appointment and to let me know his time of arrival. He replaced two garage door openers with the Chamberlain HD950WF and all the parts that were old as he went. He had everything he needed to complete job and showed me how to use everything thoroughly. He took all trash and old units with him and cleaned up after job was complete. I'm very happy with the work and would recommend this company.

Polite, professional and thorough. Relocated bolt holding bracket that had come out. It had originally been to the side of ceiling board, moved it to middle. He hung on it to show how strong. Fixed bent railing. All works great now.
