they missed the appointment twice before coming out to do inspection, in the inspection they did not inspect everything and missed a fireplace damper which does not close, to test fireplace they put logs that I bought which were meant to burn for hours instead of small smoke pellet which they should have had with them, did the work quick in less than half an hour and charged $700 which I found out was overpriced; they stated I have lifetime warranty but when I tried to make an appointment for them to come out and check the damper not only they kept calling me back confused and made me take pictures, still they did not seem to understand or did not want to, dealing with them was very aggravating and a hassle, also missed 3 more appointments that I wanted them to come out and check the damper, no call no show, their service is really bad, would not recommend this company

Great people to work with. It was a crew of 2. They made sure nothing gets dirty around fireplace during cleaning and inspection. When one of the guys went on the roof to inspect exterior of the chimney, he noticed few nails were sticking out on the gutter. He took care of it without evening mentioning it.

Project was to be completed by June 30,was not completed until Aug 14. Not respectful of my property or my privacy. Did not seem professional. Nice guys but not someone I would hire again

As promised when hiring, they forgot to take pictures from the inside of the chimney before and after cleaning. They openly cleaned the chimney without covering my carpet, tables, chairs,.... after I specifically asked them if their vacuum functions and if I have to cover everything and them telling me this will not make a mess and so I can leave everything as is. Regardless, I did push aside everything just in case and took away my most precious things and covered a couple of my chairs that were light in color. They told me that they have to rebuild (not sure if the exact word) the inside of the chimney and it costs me a quote for few thousand dollars. They guy told me that he is the owner of the business when he specifically told me that you have money, so you should spend it for your house. Wrapping my review up: my whole floor was covered with black dust and when I checked the chimney issue (that they told me) by another company, that was not the case and the chimney was in excellent shape.

I called to have a chimney liner installed and they sent a very nice man (Sammy). They did a very nice job and the price was reasonable and it was done the day they came out to give the estimate. I will say that after giving me an inflated estimate they came back with an offer (greatly reduced) that I would get if i signed and had them install that day, so make sure you have other estimates first.

Never call these people again. They will not do the job, they will not return to fix anything. They will not return your calls, they will not give you money back. They will not do anything for you but avoid you at all cost.

I was under the impression I was getting a $100 chimney cleaning. Nothing too serious. Rep arrived put up the ladder, went onto the roof. Came back down and told me it would be a $3k job. I asked why there was such a huge change in price and was told I'm not obligated to pay for that service. I asked what other options were available and he told me I would need a liner and 2 caps. Nothing too serious but when talking prices he told me he could cut me a deal and bring it down to $2700 still way higher than the initial service I was looking for. Things get really interestesting when I tell him to skip all the extras. I'll take one cap and just the regular cleaning. His response was I'm sure I could call in and get it down to like $2k but you'll have to pay cash... needless to say I turned that down as well. A second associate that was with pulls out a mini shop vac and commences to vacuum my fire box and the haggler attaches the cap on my chimney. This process was completed by hand and with basic sealent. The final charge was $550ish. No way was this service worth it.

This company is dishonest. They said I needed $1200 worth of roofing/flashing/chimney work but would discount it if I let them do it immediately (because they had a surplus of inventory???). I declined because the other guy they brought along to do the grunt work said it wasn't that bad. I have since had two chimney/roofers inspect and they said my roof/chimney/flashing was fine! Rip-off. I advise you to take them OFF home advisor!

I thought I was having a problem with the Chimneycap the company was very good about sending someone down it turned out that it was not a problem And supposedly it's quite normal for a stainless cap to start turning brown relatively soon with a wood Burning stove.

I had initially called for a cleaning and inspection. While here they found that all the flues (3) had cracked liners and a lot of water damage. They suggested putting inserts in all the flues which we agreed as we are attempting to sell out house and the inspection would have caught that which would have delayed the sale. Overall the work was done in a quick and efficient manner and they cleaned up after themselves.

Technician arrived at 12:15 for a 8-10 am scheduled service. That was 1.5 hours after customer service committed to an 11 am time. Left a black smudge on white carpet that I had to clean.

Sammy and his partner did a swift and clean job at installing the exhaust system in my chimney. I took them right away the company called me immediately. Though the employees where great the price quoted was expensive. It was an emergency. They offer a life guaranteed work which is great and 2 years chimney cleaning

Was two hours late and nobody called I called them twice to find out when they were to show up sent out unexperienced technician told them not to finish job I wanted them to perform , cleaned my chimney and they put the damper vent on backwards they had a 50 - 50 chance of getting it right

actually, after they inspected my chimney, they found that it was spotless and did not need a cleaning (he showed me the pictures). They did not want to charge me for work that was not needed. Very honest people. That goes a long way with me and i would recommend them just for this alone.
