My daughter was sick and they took care of her. My experience was very good and the doctors were very good. The service was very good. My daughter had to do a C-section and they took care of her. Her heart was beating fast and they tried different medications to bring her heart beat down. They were prompt and looked after her immediately and answered my questions. They went above and beyond and they were great.

My family and I cannot say enough about Dr. Nicole Ullrich. She is not only an amazing Pediatric Neuroncologist but is also an amazing person. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, attentive, caring, available and has a great disposition. She relates well to my son and we all feel very comfortable with and around her. Her communication skills are amazing. She explains very difficult material very well and answers emails and phone calls within minutes at times. I have NEVER encountered an MD that responds as quickly as she does. There were a few times when we had received conflicting results from Dr. Ullrich and different disciplines (ie: radiology, neurosurgery, pathology). I sought a second opinion regarding these and each and every time it was Dr. Ullrich that was correct, no matter the discipline. It just goes to show how much knowledge she has of the human nervous system. The only suggestion I would make would be that she listen less to our son's answers. I know that is difficult to do because he is her patient and he is after all 15 years old, however he often miscommunicates information or is just inaccurate for what ever reason. (ie: when she asked our son if he was falling, or falling more, I cannot remember how it was worded, our son said no. He was in fact falling more, we often try to "help" our son "remember" accurate information, however we are not always successful. Dr. Ullrich is not the only MD that we have found this with. Our son can be pretty persuasive. (ie: our son was just at his primary pediatrician this week and when asked what time he

She is a good doctor and I would rate her highly.
Description of Work: My son Jake has a rare metabolic disorder that has all kinds of ramifications. Essentially, his development has been very delayed because of which he has a seizure disorder. In fact, he just had another seizure an hour ago. We see Dr. Anselm in the neurology department at the Children’s Hospital in Boston.
