The inspector (Ben) was great and informative during the initial testing.  Thorough inspection of house (inside and out) along with what the reporting process with the city and state would entail.  We had our interior de-leading done.   They were there "ASAP" to complete the inspection of that work. 
The office staff was also very helpful explaining the tax rebate requirements, etc. 
They came again them again this summer after we finished the exterior deleading and re-inspected the outside.
Again the office staff was helpful explaining the process once we received our letter of Environmental Status from the state. 
Very highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service and how prompt & professional they were. I learned more from talking to them about the process than I did from anyone else.  I have recommended their services to others.

They showed up on time. They started out with a thorough explantion of what they were going to do in terms of testing etc.  They did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of the house.  Their report is on its way to me, but we already received on-the-spot explanations of the areas where they found lead, what we need to do to remediate it, etc.  Their advice was also helpful in terms of how we can take a 1-day deleading class ourselves to save money on having to have a deleader present when work is done in the future.  Would use them again when we have kids to reinspect and make sure the lead is all gone.

Everything went well. This was done in 2009.

They are on time and did a thorough inspection. We needed to get the certificate by a certain time, they were able to do this within our time frame and did not charge any extra. They are a good company to work with.

They were great to work with. I have used them both personally and for my company for multiple asbestos removals. I never have to worry about them, I can always just call them and let them know what I need done and they will take care of it. They were able to complete the project in less than a day.

I wish they had educated us more thoroughly on the process because I am finding I am needing to apply a second coat of this resin paint to certain areas in my basement.They were extremely helpful and made recommendations for a dehumidifier to be installed after their work was complete.  They were punctual and professional and the quality of their work was excellent.
