Rich was great. I was traveling (west coast) the day of the install and my son, who was home, had concerns about our a/c. I texted Rich and he called back right away. This 8:30 on a Friday night. Rich walked me through a checklist to figure it out only to find we really didnâ t have a problem. Rich was pleasant the entire time.
