They were excellent, cleaned up after themselves.

Joe Ryan was responsive to view the job and give a quote but the overall job was rather sloppy. Insulation was just stuffed in the rafters without sufficient cuts to avoid or enclose obstacles. Joe sent one of his employees back when I mentioned this to him and he made some adjustments which made the job passable so I paid him. I have made some further adjustments to bring the job up to level i wanted.

They showed up on time, very professional and friendly, did a great job, fast and efficient. kept the place very clean . When they were done, it was like they were never there

They did a very good job except, they should spend a little more time tto clean up the mess after all the works are done.

Overall, it was a good experience.

Merrimack Valley Insulation handled our insulation job from estimate to filling out the refund paperwork in a very efficient and professional manner. Joe even adjusted his approach to insulating our attic (small cape) after he learned of a better, albeit more labor-intensive method, and he didn't charge us more to do it the better way. Their rates were competitive, Joe communicated with us before and during the project, and truly had the best interests of our home and our health in mind. Joe and his team didn't just put insulation in our attic and walls, they also moved a bathroom vent and cleaned up so well, you couldn't tell they were here.

Joe was very good about communicating when he would show up and did a pretty good clean up job afterwards. Overall I think he was efficient and conscientious about my one-day insultation job.

Joe Ryan was everything you hope a contractor will be. He returned all my calls and emails, he offered me a fair quote, he showed up on the day he said he would, and he did a good job! These all sound like simple things, but we all know that most contractors don't measure up. He also saved me a ton of money by telling me about an energy rebate that I qualified for, but didn't know about. I would definitely use him again.

Joe did a great job overall and has a professional crew working for him. Like all contractors he was a little ambitios on start times and completion times but not by much. Joe was accomadating and fair on changes during the process and overall I am very happy with the end product. I would recomend MVI.

Joe Ryan at Merrimack did a great job. The building has truss construction, so the work environment was tough. There was a lot of work removing existing insulation from eaves to get proper ventilation as well as sealing voids where old styrofoam sheets had collapsed. The guys installed channel vents, sealed all voids, and blew in a foot of fiberglass. I was very happy with the workmanship, the attitude of all the crew, and the price was very competitive.

The job has been done as promised at time and with good quality.

Joe arrived at my house 90 minutes late, then took over an hr to figure out how to hook up to electrical panel. Once he got going, project was completed quickly and he did a good job. Job took a lot longer than he expected. Joe was polite and professional and completed task as required.

I was very happy with it. There was something that needed to be fixed, they came right away to do the work.
