It went very well. They came out when they said they would and was timely. They had to order some parts, but they came back when they said they would. The work was good and I liked the price. It went very smooth and gave quality service. We had two or three quotes and thought their price was fair. They responded right away and was very good with their punctuality.

I believe my husband was very happy with them. My husband is very particular about home repairs and he didn't complain about them, that means they did a good job. He is the type that if things didn't go well I would still be hearing about it and I have heard not one word of a problem. All I remember about the price is that we paid what we were quoted.

Excellent experience! Though the owner was attending to a dying relative, his technician came out to measure and discuss options. Once Jim was back several days later, we met with him in his shop and showed us a ton of options. He is creative, and clearly excited and invested in his profession! They accurately estimated the time to order our custom doors, called us promptly to set up installation,showed up early the day of, and finished very quickly. The doors are awesome, better than we expected, and seal so completely, they solved a water leaking problem we've had for 10 years. There were a few minor glitches in phone calls in the beginning, but we attribute that to the close family member who was dying. Unlike other estimates we received, these guys are a honest and solid company.
