SO FAR IT'S BEEN THREE WEEKS AND THEY HAVEN'T RETURNED MY CALL.I CHOOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEIR OVERALL RATINGS WERE GOOD. THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR COMMUNICATIONS. I REALIZE THAT THEY MAY BE BUSY BUT SO ARE THEIR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.

HE THANKED US FOR REMINDING HIM, HE'S TERRIBLE WITH PAPERWORK, THE JOB IS IN HIS WORK QUEUE, BLAH BLAH BLAH. THIS WENT ON FOR TWO MONTHS. FINALLY, HE TELLS US, HE CAN'T DO THE WORK FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER HE INITIALLY TOLD US HE COULD. NEEDLESS TO SAY, HE WASTED 2-3 MONTHS OF OUR TIME WHILE HE LOOKED FOR BIGGER JOBS, AND WE WENT WITH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME; HE WAS THE WORST CONTRACTOR OUT OF THE DOZEN OR SO WE'VE DEALT WITH.
Description of Work: CHARLIE MET WITH US AND GAVE US A VERBAL QUOTE ON REPLACING A PORCH AND FIXING SOME SOFFITS AND GUTTERS.
