Convenient pick up and delivery of my rugs. Speedy service and reasonable price during late summer. Another rug cleaner took my rugs then told me it would take almost 8 weeks before they got to my rugs. I retrieved them and found Varter’s. Also learned to ask “how long” when calling any company.

We called in to Varters to get a rug cleaned. The guy was friendly and professional and certainly did a great job cleaning our rug so we got a second one done the following week.
However, I had thought to myself that the prices on the high side (approx $400 for the 2 rugs) so when we moved house we priced out another company in Melrose which were much cheaper, something in the order of $125/$150 for a much larger rug. Saved approx $100 in comparative terms. Also the padding was much cheaper with the Melrose company.
