I paid $1800 for the set and after less than a year, the paint started chipping. I called them and they agreed to come out and touch it up as a courtesy, claiming that it was not a manufacturers defect, even though it clearly was. 6 months later the paint started chipping again, and again, they said that as a courtesy they would come out and retouch it, still claiming it was not a defect. I feel that the retouching should be done because of an obligation to their customer, it's not a courtesy because I paid $1800 for the set and they should stand behind the product. The customer service has been consistently poor since everything started, and when I called in, I was treated very rudely. I'm not expecting any kind of compensation at this point, my only goal is to warn other potential customers of the experience they should expect.

The experience was perfectly fine. I would say it was a little overwhelming to go there because it’s huge; we bought a coffee table, shoe rack end table and also a chair. I think we got them from sought of an outlet room, so they were discounted. They were able to have the furniture delivered to us within a few days. I would say that the price was reasonable. Overall I would rate them highly except that the delivery charges were a little high, but I don’t know what exactly it was, because I don’t have the receipt in front of me right now. We would probably look around there for sure in the future.
