We are a family run business with 4 full time employees. We have been servicing Massachusetts since 1990. We specialize in hot tub repair and restoration, allowing consumers to keep thier existing tub and never having to purchase a new one. Military, Police, and Fire Fighters always receive a 10% discount.

In our many years of experience dealing with many service providers, we typically see $ 80. or more per hour of service . Their labor price breaks down to $660. PER HOUR !! They were prompt and polite in calling me back to explain, but basically told me "Thats what they charge to keep in business " . With freezing temps at night we had no choice but to deal with this Carpetbagging company. I lost our old service provider's contact info , and so wish we had it now. Never gain will we patronize them, and unless you have money to burn, neither should you.
