Description of Work: Hired OSHC for monthly service. At first the staff was quite responsive. We stopped using their services because they were not very reliable and the quality of their work declined fairly early on. 1st team did quite good work, cleaning ~3000 sq ft thoroughly in about 2 1/2 hours. 2nd team did a less thorough job. 1st month we were told they'd come between 12-2 and they arrived at 2:45 without calling (and the office didn't answer). We then scheduled the first appt of the day, to which they still arrived 30 minutes late. Finally, they missed an appt altogether with no phone call and no one answered the office line. We were later told the team got in a car accident, but were too frustrated by their lack of communication to keep hiring them.

+ -1 moreLets say in my previous house (2500 sqft) different company 3 people cleaned in 2-21/2 hours. They came 2 people and spend exactly 2 hours for a 3700 sqft. Very lousy job, didn't provide half of what they offer. They clean around furniture, not moving figurines. The offer change bed lines, they did our bed, and din't touch my son's
