Excellent service!

Rick was very professional and did a wonderful job fixing our chairs. Communication was always excellent and he promptly returned all messages. He had no problem changing his schedule to meet our needs. We will definitely use him again.

Although I did not meet with the tech myself he was very nice on the phone. I really cannot give him a rating because I did not use his services but I can rate him on his quickness to answer my request and his overall phone personality. Unfortunately I will not be using him to repair my recliner, it has nothing to do with him, it's just that I had no idea it would be that expensive. I'm sure his fee is justified. I don't think the chair is worth it to repair. I will think about it. If I do decide I will surly call Rick Furniture Tech. Thank you

I am so pleased with the service of furn tech. They were prompt on calling me and were able to give me an accurate estimate for the repair. They were also able to repair the unit very quickly. They were able to do a repair on a sleeper sofa that I had been searching for a repair on for over three months. They came on time repaired the unit and were very neat and personable. I would recommend them to any one who has any type of furniture repair. They are worth the call.

I needed new legs for my coffee table (to make it higher). The guys did a splendid job in a week's time. They were courteous, easy to get in touch with, did what they said. The price was a little steep but I was thrilled with the results!

They were helpful over the phone initially and then did their assessment of the problem when they arrived in person. Thankfully I used them instead of another provider who suggested a different solution that wouldn't have worked. They were professional and friendly and I would use them again.

Fantastic job on my furniture repair! I had an old sleigh bed frame that needed some major bracket repairs. Furniture Tech was professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. The job they did went above and beyond what I was expecting! I would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience. Joe and Rick came to fix a huge crack and gashes in my dresser and they literally performed magic. Their schedule was extremely flexible, theyarrived on-time and finished early. The work was exceptional and I will definitely be calling Furniture Techs back for my next project. You can't even see the crack or gashes anymore, saving me over $1500. I can't say enough about this crew. True professionals.
