Rich was very knowledgeable, polite and quickly solved the problem.

Rick called immediately and offered to schedule us in within a couple of days. When he came he fixed our tables on the spot.

Came very promptly, did the job successfully, made no mess, was polite. I don't have enough experience to know whether the charge was reasonable or not, but I was not dissatisfied with it.

They were very professional and attentive. Willing to return and fix a small defect in the finish -- no problems or questions.

called same day and came that afternoon. the repair is good but failed to tuch up the red leather chair and sew under the cushion, very pleasant and knowledgeable.

So far Furniture Techs, (Rick) has been fabulous. He was timely and the reason we accepted his quote is because I felt it was very fair. My dining table and chairs are currently at his shop being repaired/refinished. I will update my rating when my table and chairs are returned within a month.

Furniture Techs did excellent work in a prompt and delightful way. They did a terrific job in a short period of time, and they did it all for a reasonable sum. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend them to others as well.

They were prompt, affordable, and did a great job! They came out to price the job, and had enough time to finish it right then and there, I had 2 tables which my dog ate a few chunks out of, and he fixed it in about an hour! Thank you!

Exceptional!! My furniture was faded from 30 years of sun and my tabletop was a disaster, from water from plants, superglue from kid's school projects to a whole lot of things. I had my doubts that anyone could make it look good. It came back yesterday and looks like a brand new set of furniture. Absolutely incredible. My furniture is gorgeous and I cannot wait to show it off to people. I would recommend Furniture Techs without reservation. Totally professional, on time pickup and on time delivery back here. I'd like to be certain that you know which contractor i did rate, it was Furniture Tech, he did a very good job and I was very happy with him.

I was very surprised at the quick response I received to my request but was completely bowled over with actual promptness and speed that the repair was done! They were at my house the next day at 6:30 pm and the repair was done and complete by 8:00 pm. Imagine... a service company actually providing service! I went to work and told everyone there! and then told all of my family too!

We were very pleased with the repair on our wicker chair. I didn't think such good service still exists. I would recommend Furniture Techs as being very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. .
