Description of Work: After several snow storms we developed ice dams, one of which was serious because it triggered leaks in a bathroom that resulted in water dripping out of the ceiling light. We contacted Pride, and were surprised to reach the owner, who spent considerable time gathering information about our problem. As with all roofers in the area he was completely booked (i.e., he had approximately 100 requests for help), but nevertheless agreed to squeeze us in. He arrived the next afternoon, and he and a crew of four cleared all snow from the roofs and treated the ice dam. They worked for 2.5+ hours on the house. The bathroom quickly stopped leaking. I was impressed with the effort he made to help us, despite the needs of others. His company has a total crew of 40 in the Attleboro office, and my sense is that by working flat out they were striving to reach everyone possible. I was also impressed by the care they gave to protecting the roof from damage, and the effort they placed in moving the roof's snow away from the door. The work done by Pride was the high point of an otherwise dismal snowy experience. I have recommended them to others in our neighborhood, and would not hesitate to use them again for snow removal or other roof work.

Description of Work: I called Pride Exteriors to come out and look at a leak in the roof. I thought it may have been prior work that they had done. He came right out and free of charge to look at the work. He discovered that it was coming from the window and not related to earlier work he had done. He sealed the window for me for free.
