I was pleasantly pleased to call and speak directly to a person (rather than an answering machine) who was knowledgeable and able to schedule an appointment imediately. He had a crew already working in my area and was able to send them over within a couple of hours. The crew of six men cleaned the snow from the roof and cleared as much ice as possible from the guttters within an hour. When they finished, they cleared my walkways of the snow and ice that they had taken from the roof. Nice, neat, clean and fast. Worth the money.

Pride was incredible. They gave me a very reasonable quote, and completed the entire job in a single day! The roofs they replaced look fantastic, and I'm confident they's last for many years because of the quality of the work. They replaced my porch floorboards with synthetic material that looks like wood, but resists rot. I run my law office from my home, so the porch was the first thing my clients saw when they came to my office. Now, it looks fantastic, and I don't need to worry about clients tripping on the stairs. I would recommend Pride for any roofing or exterior repair jobs, without hesitation. Their professionalism is what makes the difference.

They are knowledgeable gentlemen and very pleasant. I didn't select him not because I don't think he couldn't do the job but I just felt that there is someone else that had a vision of what I wanted.

I used them, and I was very satisfied. Their attention to detail stood out. They did extra work and went above and beyond without charging extra, because I was flexible with their schedule. The price was competitive with all the other quotes that I got. They are very professional.

We had some leaking in our kitchen due to ice dams. We have a heat pump at our house and with all the equipment jammed into our attic and the poor ventilation, the attic area heated up quickly and retained heat when it shouldn't. This cause the snow on the roof to quickly melt and then refreeze in our gutters (which for some reason the installer had covered our soffet vents with the gutter guards) causing ice damns and leaking into our house. I contacted Pride and Darren Shepard, the owner, quickly got back to me and came by to take a look (at a very convenient time for me). He quickly put together a very reasonable quote for us. He gave us several options at different price ranges which helped us make our decision. We agreed to have the work done some time in the spring. However, due to the tough winter and all the snow that fell, a large snowstorm dumped a foot of snow on us and huge ice dams quickly formed. I called Darren about having him come and shovel off our roof. He suggested that they just come down and take care of the job the following day instead of later on in spring time. The temperature the following day was a high of 6 degrees!! His crew showed up promptly on time and was able to correct the gutters and add new rain/water shield and shingles all in the same day. It was a great experience and Darren is very easy to work with. Later on I asked him to come back and install a turbine vent to more quickly get the warm air out of the attic. He quoted a fair price and it was installed two weeks later. I highly recommend Pride Exteriors.

Darren Shepard, owner and proprietor of Pride Exteriors Corp, arrived at my parent's house in order to provide them with an estimate for work to be conducted on their home. I wanted to be there with them because the last and quot;so called contractorand quot;, and I use that term very loosely, stole their $1,800.00 deposit and has yet to return it to them as promised (lawsuit pending)! This was going to be a very different experience for them. I could tell just by Darren's appearance and demeanor. He was punctual, professional, and from our conversation it was easy to see that he knew his craft very well. He seemed trustworthy, honest and reliable which are all things that my parents needed after the prior horrific experience they had been through! Within an hour, Darren was done with his surveying of the job and had the and quot;price quoteand quot; to my parents by the next day. His prices were very reasonable compared to his competitors and his extensive knowledge and presentation won him the job. Darren showed up with his crew promptly as scheduled on Monday, August 26th, 2013. The dumpster and materials had already been delivered and delicately placed where and when he had promised prior to him and his crew’s arrival. They were all dressed appropriately and professionally and were very well mannered. They immediately commenced the removal and replacement of the siding to the house as planned. They all knew their jobs and communicated very effectively. As promised, before night fall of the same day, the job was fully completed. My parents chose the CertainTeed cement board siding and Darren's crew did a spectacular job installing it! To my parent's amazement, they also utilized a magnetic roller to go over the lawn and driveway to make sure they got every last nail and possible piece of debris!!! The very next day, the dumpster was removed from my parent’s driveway just as cautiously as it had been delivered! How often do you see that? You may have noticed by now that I have not mentioned anything about a financial deposit. That's because there was none!!! Pride Exterior Corp. fronted their own finances for the materials. This may have been because it was a and quot;small joband quot; in comparison to most other work that they perform, but how often do you see that these days? Most contractors won't even start a job until they get a and quot;depositand quot; for materials. That's how my parents were ripped off by the other crook who never came back with their materials or money! Three days after the job was completed, Darren personally showed up at my parent’s house to put his final and quot;stamp of qualityand quot; on his crew’s work and to see if my parents were COMPLETELY satisfied with his company’s finished product. It was only then that he asked for his check for the $2,600.00 worth of work, which my parents were happy to give to him! Darren Shepard not only does excellent, quality work, but whether or not he is aware of it, he also restored a little bit of faith in humanity for my parents and quot;so to speakand quot;. His word is his word and he stands by his product. Darren, you are a credit to your industry and I hope to utilize your services myself someday in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of my aging parents and I wish you nothing but success for the future. Keep doing business the way you are doing it now and you will be rewarded beyond your wildest dreams!

From start to finish, Pride Exteriors was punctual, professional, and courteous. Their estimate was the most detailed we received, and it was the lowest. It took about an hour for the measurements to be completed for the estimate, and we received the estimate the following day. Fortunately, our job was done sooner than expected, and we were happy about that. Additional rot was found in the roof, so the job took longer than expected. There was always an on-site supervisor during the project. The crew took special care to get all the roofing nails off the lawn and driveway. Everyone says our new roof looks great! My husband I cannot say enough about this terrific company. We have recommended them to friends, and we recommend them to you!

I had approximately 12,276 SF of Flat Roof recovered. Daren was responsive, professional. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do and how he said he would do it. A great vendor/source discovered on Angie's LIst. Since this company was out of state, I probably would have never found them w/o Angie's List.

Darren was excellent and efficient. He came over the day after I called him, discovered the problem very quickly and was able to fix it in a very short time. I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I discover any other roof problems.

From the first phone call it was clear that Darren and Pride Exteriors were experts. It was refreshing to have an actual roofing expert answer the phone immediately. We set a time for him to view our roof later on the same day! He was right on time, and very thorough in his inspection of our roof. Unlike 3 other estimators he went on the roof and into the attic. It was a good thing that he did as he identified and photographed rotted trim issues that could not be seen from the ground and discovered that a very hard to access part of our attic had very little insulation ...probably because it was not possible to access it to add more previously. No wonder that room was always cold in the winter! He explained that he could easily enter and insulate this area by removing some roof boards when the roofing was removed if we desired. They were able to install additional insulation to current code for only $400 additional in this big section that would have been close to impossible otherwise...and not even been noticed or addressed at all by any others. He was extremely particular, and could answer any question we had immediately. We definitely wanted Pride Exteriors to do the job, but figured someone this impressive was going to be priced high. He e-mailed us a very comprehensive and impressive proposal package early the following day. The price was surprisingly lower than the others! We hired them immediately. He explained that the job would be completed in 1 day late in the following week, and that he would advise on the exact day a few days before. He did. They arrived at 7:00 and completed the project perfectly by 4:00. The completion process of the job was amazing! Their website that claims that they are relentlessly focused on perfection is definitely the truth. The level of coordination and communication through the whole process was very helpful and reassuring. They made a very difficult roof that others claimed would take at least a week seem effortless. WOW!!!! We now understand why they roofed almost all 60 houses in the neighborhood of our friend that referred them. Darren mentioned that he is looking to build market share and referrals close to his home (North Attleborough) as they currently travel all over southern NE, so - anyone within 15 minutes of there will be getting a and quot;super dealand quot;. We think this was probably a factor in the price he offered us. We will definitely refer them every time we hear the words roof or siding.

Darren and his team were extremely professional, respectful, courteous, and knowledgable. Darren took great care in assessing the job, and provided a very detailed quotation the very next day. Out of the 4 estimates they came in the lowest. The team started work early and worked late and finished the job in just two days. They cleaned up the property very thoroughly each day. They definitely took the time to do a good job and the final product came out perfect! I cannot say enough good things about the experience. They were and quot;straight shootersand quot; and I would call them again in an instant. These guys are my roofers from now on......

We had a storm come through and I had some shingles that were torn from my roof. He was at my home within two days. He did a good job and he communicated well with me. I would use his services again in the future.

He did great work at a great price. The only problem was that they tried to work too quickly. They started at 7 AM, and wouldn't finish up until 8 PM using floodlights. I would have preferred them to come back the next day, other than that, everything was great.
