Every visit, regularly scheduled or otherwise, is a pleasure. The friendly staff is always there to greet you with a smile. After a short wait one of the fabulous vet techs escorts you to an exam room where the basics are covered. In no time at all Dr. Temple or Dr. Bergantino are there giving you their undivided attention, staying as long as is necessary to listen to all of your questions and address all of your concerns. How they can provide such a high level of personal service and still keep their operation running like a Swiss watch still baffles me, but they do it and do it very well. After the visit is over the checkout process is quick and you are on your way. It's such a comfortable experience that even the pets enjoy going. No joke! Veterinary services are not cheap, and they understand this. They will always make you aware of tests and procedures that should be performed and they will explain how urgently issues should be addressed, but I have NEVER been pressured to have something done that I did not feel was necessary or simply could not afford. They have even offered to combine services or delay a service so that it could be combined with another visit in order to save me time, money, or both. On one occasion one of our dogs had a reaction to a round of routine vaccines, and Adams scheduled us an appointment right away to re-evaluate our ailing pup. Once again, they gave us the same level of individual service and performed what amounted to a second physical and didn't even charge us for their time - only the medication to help calm the joint inflammation caused by what was suspected to be a flare up of Lyme disease caused by the vaccines. They truly care about animals. They even call the next morning to check on your pet. I could not imagine going anywhere else.
