They are the best. They are wonderful. They took down quite a few trees in my backyard and also some bushes, twigs and stuff. I am having them come out and do some other half of the yard. I didn’t do comparison shopping but I had people here thirty six years ago and I would say they are fair and competitive, in fact I think they are reasonable.

We called them and immediately (in 2 days) Chris their arborist came on time to give a free estimate. The next day the excellent crew came by and did the job very professionally and cleaned up thoroughly. All the work was completed in an hour. Excellent service

Punctual communication on the phone and in person. Explained my options with quote before service was booked. Never seen such neat handwriting on a quote. Gave comprehensive explanation of tree cutting to be done, and answers to my questions. Took care to not damage my lawn when they used their larger equipment. Came home to a very neat yard with the work done exactly as described.

Arrived on time, 7am with 6 pieces of (two) very large bucket truck and crane, on. Were done by noon. Ground and removed all debris of tree and cutting. Had to work in very tight space, on the lines with neighbors. Staff of 5 or 6.

We had a wonderful experience with Stumpy's. They were prompt for their estimate appointment and very very thorough in evaluating all our needs. They worked with us and came up with suggestions on how best to solve our issues. We have too many trees on our property that were blocking light, and many that were unsafely hanging over the house. Stumpy's listened to what we wanted and offered great solutions and alternatives. We got an estimate the same day that was very reasonable for the work that we wanted. Also, because it was during their quiet season, they were able to come back and do the job within a week! We were amazed by all the equipment that came and how quickly they got the job done. The results speak for themselves. We were delighted! Highly recommend Stumpy's.

Over about the last 25-30 years we have had four large trees removed by them. Their prices are quite competitive, they have come when the they told us they would. And they do a good job of cleaning up their work area when they are through.

They did very well. Protected the lawn from being chewed up by crane treads, Cleaned up thoroughly.

They were honest about their pricing. They gave us a choice of an emergency price for weekend work, which was understandable versus another price for them to come later in the week. They did a visit the afternoon we called them to see whether we needed an emergency job or not. When I asked them about a lower price they gave me a lower price quote later in the week. I went with the later in the week quote and they were fine with that; there was no pressure or anything like that. They came on time and were very fast in removing the trees.

Remove two tall spruce trees and grind the stumps. Was done very quickly.

The experience was excellent. They were very professional. They were the only ones who identified the unusual species of tree on the site, and they prepared a detailed plan on how they were going to come in and remove it, and they did it efficiently. They had the best price.

I have used Stumpy's several times in the past years. Every time they have been extremely professional and very reasonably priced. They have removed several old trees that I have had concerns with falling on my home and wires. They gave options on how much I would like them to do, they left pieces as requested so I could chop for firewood. They ground the stumps and cleaned up to the point that I had to look to make sure they were there. Always very considerate of their large equipment and my lawn too, which I appreciate.

Stumpy's scheduled a visit for an estimate within 2 weeks of my calling them. They called again the day before to confirm. The estimator arrived on schedule and was courteous and professional. He gave me a quote on the spot. It was much less than I expected. Stumpy's crew arrived the next day with all the necessary equipment. They removed the shrub, ground the stumps, and hauled everything away. They raked the empty space over nicely when they were done. They were considerate of my neighbors and were polite in asking them to move their cars before starting the job. I was very pleased and would use them again.

Contacted Stumpy's and someone was scheduled to come out the following week. The estimator was there on time and made a quick estimate. We called back and accepted the proposal and they said the scheduler would contact me in the next day or so. This was the only negative - took about 2 weeks to get a call back for scheduling, but the office kept in contact with me during the time letting me know that we would be contacted soon by the scheduler. Scheduler called and said he could have a team there that afternoon. They came and went. Could not even tell they cut down any trees because the cleaned up all of the branches and looked like even most of the saw dust. Let the are looking great. Would definitely use them again.

Perfectly. I wasn't here to see it happen, but the tree was gone when I came home so I could only assume they removed it.

Scheduled an appointment online. A rep showed up on time and provided an estimate after going over the proposed work. The work was scheduled within 2 weeks after the initial discussion. I requested to keep the wood for firewood. All the branches and leaves were removed and the wood cut in shorter lengths. Communication in between was by e-mail and phone, they have a very responsive team getting back to question very fast. They were fast and efficient.

Stumpy's is one of the best tree removal companies. They arrived ealry and started working right away. All of the workers were respectful and very helpful. A removal of a 40 feet oak tree seemed to to be a piece of cake for them. The job was done quickly and efficiently, they clean up all the leaves and small sticks from the yard. If I need them in the future I will use them again.

Stumpy's did a great job - would highly recommend them and use them again. They removed 2 very large trees and did it precision - they used the largest crane I had ever seen and cut and carried large parts of the tree above my house - they were very careful and considerate of me and my family. They did a great job grinding my stumps - you cannot even tell there was a stump in the places they worked. Much better than other tree people that have worked on our place.

A representative came out to discuss what we wanted done, made some notes and gave us an estimate. We accepted and were called the next day to set-up the date. A crew of four arrive right on time with an impressive crane, a stump grinder, a big chipper and other needed equipment. Work progessed smoothly and the crane was able to lift the big sections of tree trunk over the house (scary!) quickly and efficiently. Before leaving the crew swept and cleaned-up the yard, driveway and street. We've had Stumpy's before and will certainly use them again.

Excellent. Stumpy's showed up on time, took down the tree near house, grinded the stump and left the area almost spotless.They showed up with an more than ample crew and all the right equipment. I was impressed.
