We've used Brian 3 times in a matter of 4 years to remodel various parts of our home. New View is easy to work with and provide excellent transparency for pricing and options and always felt like we were working together as a team, with Brian genuinely vested in the quality of the project and our satisfaction. Additionally, the deep decades of experience is evident when discussing options, trade-offs and other decisions. Brian's network of tradesmen is top-notch. His ability to accurately estimate timelines has never failed in any of our projects. Brian is extremely professional, friendly, and respectful through the process and our home couldn't be in better hands.

Our project took several months. Brian was great to talk to, really listened to what we wanted, and had some very good ideas to add. We really enjoyed planning and working with him. He was very good about showing up when promised. He did much of the work himself with a helper. Quality of the work was excellent. After the job was done, he even came to the house while we were away to supervise a sub who had to fix a minor problem. It's been a year since the job ended and we have no complaints. When we have more work , we will definitely hire him again.

New View is a small, family company. When you hire them you get the owner and his staff doing your job and his wife does the back office work. It is smooth, professional, and responsible. Our project was completed on-time and on-budget. We have done a number of similar size projects in the past, and this was the best experience. We would hire New View again without hesitation.

Brian and his team conducted a four-month full-house renovation of the highest quality. Brian was on site and always available. He gave us a full estimate before he started and completed our full-house renovation on time and within budget. He had excellent ideas that enhanced our renovation. He and team were highly professional and delightful to work with. The outcome is just beautiful! Post-renovation we have continued to engage him in other projects around our home. I rehired to do a bath. Excellent workmanship, contractor listens to client, extremely responsible about time commitments and responds timely to all requests and questions. Easy to work with and very responsible about managing the construction site-- sealing off spaces and leaving no mess or clean up. Our projects had some demanding engineering and Brian was terrific at finding solutions. He is a contractor that is reliable, friendly and can be counted on to do an excellent job
