I hired Martins Home Experts to paint the exterior of my house. Admittedly, it was in poor condition and needed to be scraped and sanded. The team took the time to immaculately scrape and sand the entire house before priming it. At this point they were able to identify boards that needed to be replaced, window frames that needed updating, they even repaired a busted door on my shed. The final outcome is amazing! My house looks brand new, they even painted all the doors and the bulkhead (which was totally unexpected). The team of workers was incredibly professional and did not impede on our privacy. I will absolutely hire them again for future projects.

From the Owner through the whole team; Sales Admin, Work Crew (Paint Preparation, Carpentry / repairs, and Painters)... the entire experience with the Martins team was exceptional. Fare and affordable price. No Problem attitudes, caring and polite, attention to details, go the extra mile and clearly take pride in their work. Various items completed: painting, door installation, and ceiling repair. All completed timely and well. Good value for the money. And all representatives at the company were great to work with. I will definitely be hiring them again.

They came in when we had to fire our other $&@$@? contractor. Their price was 1/5th of our first contractor and the finish work they did was flawless!! They are expert finish carpenters!! They worked from 8 am to 5:30pm and I never saw them stop for so much as a bathroom break! They cleaned up the job site so it was as if they were never there! The quality of work and price makes this company a no brained choice if your looking for master carpentry work and painting! I will be hiring them again!

extraordinary quality in all respects

The trim work was good and Luisa who set up the project was good. However, project was late and messy. I cleaned up, and they did not come back to complete the work. The contract said replace and repair the gutters. John wanted to charge more to complete the job. I would not use again.

I had a bad experience with Martins CI and Painting. We have worked to finalize the contract for a couple of projects including, kitchen cabinets install, tv room shelves and drywall work in the basement. When we discussed about the execution, I made it clear that cabinets would take roughly 4 - 6 weeks to arrive. As I received notification that cabinets would be shipped by April 2nd, I have reached out to Martins for starting the project, after some delay and a visit by their rep on 9th, they agreed to start on April 11th. I cleared all of the kitchen in the anticipation that everything will go well. On the 10th I get an email from them saying kitchen wall reinforcement may cost an extra $1500. I could only notice the email late in the night and I was not in agreement to pay that much. Crew shows up on the 11th, and I wanted to discuss about the $1500. Project lead assures me that they will work with me and in reality, it may only cost close to $200. We both agree, the work starts, and in 15 minutes crew packs up leaves saying they we asked not to continue. I call the office only to know that the rates they quoted me were for the off-peak season and that I should find another contractor to do the work. Very bad professionalism.

The team of workers were professional in their approach to the job. They communicated well with my wife who was the lead person with this house project. The painting was completed within a few days as expected. The price for the job was very reasonable and we would certainly recommend Martins to those individuals needing house painting. I would also use them again as needed.
