We've had a very good experience with the guys up there. We've been going to them for years to service my mom's Toyota Prius. They've always been prompt to look at it and give you an estimate, and got the work done quickly. They also look for ways to save you money. In this instance, she had busted off the side mirror. They asked us if we wanted to order the full replacement, including the cover, which would have cost almost $300, or just the mirror, which was a lot cheaper. My mom doesn't care much about the appearance of the car (it's already pretty banged up), so we were grateful for the opportunity to save some money. It was great that they asked, instead of just assuming and putting in the whole part. They got the part in a day, and it was ready a few hours after. It's worked great since.
Since then, we've been for several smaller jobs, like a headlamp replacement and a couple of flat tires. They fixed the headlamp for nothing!
