Went by their schedule rather than mine. Got the job done-eventually, BUT!!! Broke a lampshade which took too many calls and too much time to replace. And the flight of stairs installation need to be redone. Which they did do eventually, but only after a lot of haggling. They never did repay me for the clockmaker repair work when one of their installers moved the Yale grandfather clock and it needed service when the weights were improperly replaced. More and more haggling but the $65.00 clock repair bill has not been reimbursed a lost 1 yr later!
