They were very helpful and did not pressure me into a sale.  Just there if I had questions, etc.

I have been very lucky. I don't have any complaints about them. I would like to grade them highly in all the categories.

It was very positive. They did an excellent job. It wasn't a huge amount of carpet. They knew all the little detail of what to ask us in terms of how we wanted it installed. They got it right and they mimicked the shape of the wall and really matched it perfectly. The price was fine. We would use them again.

They just did the job well and they did the job when we were out of town. We were pleasantly surprised to see everything done very professionally.

We dealt with a gentlemen named Paul at Summerlin Flooring when we picked out samples and talked about cost. Very nice guy and the estimate was right on target with the final bill. No hidden surprises. The technician (Manny) (that's right..just one) started the floor on a Monday. My husband and I stayed at home during the installation, but kept out of his way....I think! This man was so well organized, meticulous and very porfessional. He worked all day Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday hardly ever taking breaks. He even dusted and swept behind the fridge, stove and washer/dryer while moving them! He clean up each night before he left. Truly a class act! The installation looks flawless. We will be going back for carpeting soon.

I thought the original estimate was high but it turned out to be a very good value. They are one of the few in the area that offers and installs natural linoleum. The installer was great. He showed up n time and worked super hard. The floor turned out beautiful. I am totally satisfied and recommend them.

What an outstanding experience, from start to finish. We got several estimates for this work, and Summerlin was competitive. The materials cost was lower than the identical material from competitors, but the labor was a little higher. We quickly learned, though, that it is important not to skimp on the labor. Getting a seasoned installer is critical to the success of the job. We had a pretty complicated job, with lots of nooks and crannies in a kitchen and small bathroom and laundry area. Plus the installer had to move all of our major appliances (refrigerator, gas range, and stack washer/dryer) to pull up the old floor and install the new one. Despite all of this, the job went beautifully. The installer arrived on time each day (this was a two-day job), and worked almost straight through for eight hours each day with only short breaks for lunch. This was during a heat wave, and he brought his own fan! The real clincher was the attention to detail. The corners are square, the thresholds are beautiful, and the one seam on the job is still invisible two months later. The installer also left the appliances sitting on thin sheets of plywood to protect the new floor so that there would be no scratches when the plumber returned to reconnect and put in place the gas stove and washer/dryer. The estimate was exactly what we paid for the job. Summerlin was also flexible in scheduling the work, and they were extremely gracious when we had to re-schedule with a week's notice. I can't say enough good things about them. We will call Summerlin first if we ever need to replace flooring in other parts of our house.

We called Summerlin to rescue our DIY project, which had been languishing for well over 2 years. We had gotten as far as cutting and laying the carpet, and replacing the tack which would not, originally, hold the carpet. Then chickened out when measuring our carpeting skills (0) against the shape of the room. Summerlin called back when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, moved the carpet a bit to account for the less-than-stellar job we had done in cutting and laying it, proceeded to finish the job in no time flat, then charged what they said they would. It couldn't possibly have gone any better. This was top-notch service coupled with great craftsmanship.

From start to finish, we were 100% pleased with Summerlin. We took quite awhile to make our decisions and took home MANY samples before decidng. The sales staff were extremely helpful in learning about our interests, making suggestions, and explaining the pro and cons of the many different flooring options available. Summerlin offers a tremendous selection. There was no sales pressure - rather each time we would go in we would look at different options and discuss the alternatives. We are fortunate that we live near by -- so we could stop in often over a period of a few weeks. Once we made up our minds, they came to our house to measure and provide an estimate. The estimate provided was completely accurate -- that is, there were no surprises when we got the final bill. They even made the arrangements with a local plumbing contractor to disconnect/connect our gas stove so the floor could be installed. Again, very helpful. Both installers - for tile the tile and the marmoleum were experts. They were very professional, arrived right on time and we felt very comfortable leaving them alone in the house. (We normally would never do this, but we completely trusted these men). They even diagnosed and fixed a creak in our floor that had bothered us for years. The tile work included an unusual frame effect made with mosaics that complemented the tile. They truly did a beautiful job. Summerlin truly represents the best of independent businesses and the service and expertise they provide can not be found in any big box store. The little extra cost is well worth it.

They were extremely punctual and responsive on the phone. They came when they said and completed the job on time, on budget. They even responded to a billing problem - they billed for a new pad when in actuality the original one was in good shape that the installer left it in and did not need to install a new one.

My only complaints are that I left them a note to call me and they never called. Another thing is that I called with a small issue that they will be here tomorrow to fix.
