The two guys were friendly, efficient and professional. Despite it being expensive, which I'm sure all hoisting is, was extremely satisfied.

Amazing. I had used Titan when I moved in 7 year ago to the same apartment and I remembered the good experience. Their quote and final price was much lower than the quote from their only crane competitor that I know of in the city. They arrived at the later end of the arrival window which ended up being a good thing for me since I had to finish packing some small items that morning. The crew had to deal with some other workers setting up scaffolding outside my building but they were able to coordinate without an issue. They set-up quickly and got right to work. There was a 4 person crew with 2-3 in the unit loading the crane and 1-2 on the ground operating the crane and loading the truck at any given time. It was a decent size job (2 bedroom apartment) but the entire crew was careful and polite during the entire process. They made sure to ask what was being moved and to they even took apart my kitchen table to ensure it would fit safely in the truck (and re-assembled it at my new apartment). The most impressive thing about the move was that I have identical twin 1-year old babies who were at the new apartment when the crew arrived to unload the truck. The babies were due for a nap but we were prepared for it not to happen due to all the work that had to be done. The crew was quiet and efficient during the unload. They did not bang one piece of furniture into a wall or drop a box loudly to the floor. I was amazed that the babies were able to take their full nap as they movers filled the new apartment with boxes. Overall, I have now used them twice and I would use them again and/or recommend them to anyone who needed to move with or ithout a crane.

We just needed a few strong guys and a moving van to move over our heavy furniture. They arrived on time, and the 2 guys were very professional and clean-cut (not the usual movers I've had in the past). They took great care with all our items, and were really hustling the whole time. They even went the extra steps like taking apart our bed and making sure everything was put exactly where we wanted it. It was a great value for the work they performed, and I would definitely recommend them.

Titan is truly the best mover in this area. It is our second time with them. Besides being professional and very careful with people's belongings, they are the most upbeat, friendly team of movers we have ever met. They clearly enjoy their work. It's really fun to spend the day with them. They did a great job of packing the day before the move, finishing in less than three hours. Nothing that they packed got broken. All the boxes were clearly labeled and placed in appropriate places in our new home. The piano arrived safely, as did the computer equipment and other electronics. The reason that our total price was as high as it was is that it included the rigging for the piano, the packing materials, and the labor for the packing. We got our money's worth, both this time and when they moved us in 2006.

They were right on time and finished the job quickly and well. In spite of the fragility of some of the items, we had no mishaps. The heavy equipment and the delicate art all made the move safe and sound. They were great. It ended up costing less than the estimate, which is always great!

They loaded everything for us. They unloaded everything for us when they got to the other house. Some of the workers showed up on time to do the work.

The move went really well. The movers showed up a couple of minutes early. I had booked three movers and a truck, and the crane. Only two movers showed up, but they took about the same amount of time as was estimated for three, and they did a very impressive job. The price ended up lower than the estimate because there were only two movers. The guys were great. Moving the furniture out the window with the crane went great. The movers were very careful with the furniture and the floors and there was no damage at all. My only issue is with the women on the phone. Twice I called and was told that the person I needed wasn't in the office and I needed to call back, no offer to take a message. Also, after I sent in the deposit, there was no confirmation that everything was set. Maybe they don't realize that moving isn't an everyday occurrence for a lot of people, and a little personal contact would be appreciated.

They had to bring in a special device for moving stuff out of the second floor to the truck. Just about everything they took out was handled that way and very safely. They were right on time, did the work efficiently, and they were very professional about what they did.

The price was specified on the phone - there is a price difference for cash versus other form of payment. Not a problem for me as I was out doing errands, but the guys came early. I did receive a call. After accessing the situation, they crane was extended beyond the overhead utility lines and the couch was securely attached with harness and lifted up and into through the 2nd floor window. They removed the packaging and set the piece where I specified. Nice people, smooth process. I wasn't expecting there would be a problem getting it up the stairs, therefore it was an unexpected expense for me, and it was the first time for this type of service. I was impressed but it was another easy, routine job for the guys.

I called Titan Movers and was given a price and an overview of what was going to happen. All I had to do was buy the stove and have it delivered to Titan Movers. Then, I had to set-up the appointment and get a permit. Titan would remove and replace the window as well as hoist the stove through the window. It was important to me that the company I hire take care of everything because I had no place to store the stove after it would be delivered from the appliance store nor did I feel like messing around with the windows. Titan came on time and did exactly what they said they would do. They unpacked the stove from the box and wrapped it with padding. They removed the window (and storm window) and carefully hoisted the stove through the window opening and then place it where I wanted in the kitchen which was in the next room. Titan then replaced the windows. Everything went like clockwork. I paid them after the work was completed and inspected the stove.

We needed to get a large refrigerator into our second floor Victorian and it wouldn't fit up our stairs. We called Smooth Moves who recommended Titan because they have a crane. We couldn't have been happier with their service. They fit us into a very busy week and were courteous, professional and responsive. Not a scratch anywhere and they even put the doors on the fridge for us. We would use them again without hesitation - a great experience!!

We had a great experience with this company from help scheduling the move to the last box they lugged up the stairs. I asked for strong legged men who wouldn't complain about all the stairs and that is exactly what Titan sent me. It was pretty hot and the staircase is tight, but the guys didn't damage a thing, not a wall, not a scratch on the furniture. We recommend Titan! We have moved a lot and felt their price was very good, too.

Titan was on time, but unable to move the piano in on their first visit because the only window it would fit through was a large picture window. They stored the piano for a week at no charge and came back when the window guy, Dick Santin, was here to take care of the windows. Chuck and Mick were friendly and efficient. They were gentle with the piano and the house, and they also lent Dick a hand with the windows when he replaced them.

They were great! Showed up slightly early, but got the job done quickly, and were professional and friendly the whole time. In the past, movers have been kind of jerks -- and I feared that those using a crane would be worse. I was wrong -- these guys were completely helpful and friendly. I couldn't even tell that they had removed the window, etc. -- they cleaned up after themselves, and put the place back together quickly and correctly. Very, very pleased with them.

THIS WAS A TRULY AMAZING EXPERIENCE. THE TWO MEN WHO CAME WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I COULD JUST RELAX. THEY HAVE CRANES THAT WILL LIFT YOUR STUFF OVER YOUR HOUSE IF NECESSARY! THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE EQUIPMENT, TWO MEN AND THEIR TIME! ONLY $50 MORE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL THING TO MOVE. THEY ALSO MOVE PIANOS AND OTHER LARGE ITEMS. ALL OF THE NEIGHBORS CAME OUT TO WATCH THIS INCREDIBLE OPERATION! THEY OPERATE THE CRANE WITH EXTREME DELICACY.
