Frustrating. Long. Poor quality. from Chestnut Hill Windows. And as the only Bi-Glass dealer in the area CHW has a bad business practice of telling people who had this system installed and are having problems with jambliners that they can not and will not help them. People with Bi-Glass and bad jambliners have no place to go to get help with the system.
