The issue has been resolved.

I received a phone call from my mother today(who was at my house babysitting my 14 month old son) asking me if my wife or I had made an appointment for pest control.  I immediately had said that we had not and I heard her relay the information to the service tech which he rudely responded that we had made the appointment.  I then asked my mother to put the tech on the phone,  I then asked him what he was talking about and he said that my wife or myself had called and made an appointment about ants in our kitchen.  I said that you must have the wrong address and he was p*****, after the call ended he complained to my mother about driving out all this way for nothing and he was extremely unprofessional and rude.
 I called the office today to voice my concern with this tech and they barely flinched.  Would never use this company and would never recommend using them.  Will also be posting to my towns facebook page regarding this terrible experience.

A few weeks later we discovered more ants in an area of the house they had not treated. They sent a man out immediately and took care of the problem, at no cost.

I don't dislike anything about them. The overall experience was excellent. The price and quality of work are excellent. I will continue to use this provider.

I highly recommend them. We’ve had ants off and on for a few years so we had them come out to take care of them this year, and all we see now are a bunch of dead ants around; that is phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable and when they guy came out for the ants was able to figure out where they probably were based on what we told him. He sprayed the entire perimeter of the house and he did a bomb in the walls and in the basement. The dead ants are all right in the areas that we were told they were so they obviously know what they are doing. They did a great job. They people that have come out were knowledgeable and said pretty much the same thing about where the ants were. Whatever they did, it worked. I think the price is reasonable; they could have easily charged more.
