I have been going there for almost 10 years now.  They are friendly and honest.  I usually just drive in and ask them if they have time to take care of something and they never have any problems.  Even when the lot is full of cars, they do walk-ins and you can sit and wait.  The wait time is 30 minutes at the most for an oil change.  They know what they’re doing and they are well known and well respected community.

They checked the things they should have and issued me my new tag for 2 yrs. Polite and pretty efficient.

tedDorrs Installed engine as requested, however i had an updated part in my intake (Fuel Injection Spider Assembly that was supposed to fix the original injectors flaws) that i wanted swapped over from the old engine to the new one. I deployed to a field exercise shortly after and was unable to check in with the progress of the swap. There were a few other things that needed to be done that I expected and Dorr's did get them done as promised. However, I got back from my field exercise got back my truck drove it for a month and a half or so and then deployed overseas for 6 months. I came back, drove my truck like normal (around 95 miles a day round trip) and my and quot;Service Engine Soonand quot; Light came on. Long Story Short... The part i requested be swapped over ( Fuel Injection Spider Assembly) was not. The Part alone was originally 311 dollars from the dealer(not to mention other parts that need to be replaced to get to the injectors). I went to Dorrs and spoke with Keith to try and find out why the part was never replaced. He told me he did the job himself, though the receipt does not agree with that as another mechanic was listed for it. He said that the job was over a year old. Which is understandable, but when you replace your motor, you do not intend on revisiting the internals for a good while. especially seeing that the motor itself only has 10 months of driving time after the swap. Mr Dorr would not agree to replace the part. Instead, tried to cut a deal of meeting me half way. and also used my Status as a Service member to try and let me know he did me a favor by taking a motor i brought in to replace....Completely disgusted. I am legal action

Excellent-exactly as they promised and actually did not do some things I asked for because they said it was not necessary saving us a couple of hundred dollars while not compromising safety.

Acquired a 1981 Tbird that needed repairs to the A/C, Transmission flushing, and fuel guage sending unit. Additional work added was dual exhaust. Parts are difficult to locate for this elderly vehicle and took time. However, dorr presisted and obtained all necessary and completed repairs and servicing. Tbird runs and sounds great. Had my 2006 Honda CRV tuned up and service was prompt and professional. My thanks to Keith Dorr.
