Joe Giglio came out at 3:00 in the afternoon. We discussed replacing vs building a small shed for the hot water heater to be moved outside. Joe surveyed the work to be done, explained my options and within 1 hour, one of his repairmen had begun installing the new hot water heater.Everything was checked to insure that the venting was up to code (this is an old pier and beam house) which included adding a pan, drain lines, re-placed copper lines, a new turn on/off valve, etc. His worker, James, was courteous, it was evident he knew what he was doing, answered all my questions, left the property clean, and was a pleasure to work with. I had called other plumbers and the starting price was $200 higher then Giglios for a 40 gal. gas hot water heater

They are the most reasonable plumber in the whole city, as far as cost. The cost of their service call goes toward the actual repair. I've used them several times and would definitely recommend them. The technicians are very good at calling me when they are there to explain what needs repaired and how much it will cost. This is for a rental property, so I appreciate the call so I can keep informed.

Brad arrived and was very friendly and professional. He looked at the bathtub faucet and explained what he was going to do. He asked whether I was washing dishes or clothes, because he needed to turn off the water. After he got the faucet apart, he showed me the piece he would need to replace. He repaired the leak. The bill was $108.00. Then he told me it would be easy to change the drain spout, which was old and corroded, that it just screwed off. He offered to remove it for me, which he did, and then he taped the threads. He told me the size I need to buy and put the old spout in a bag so I can take it with me to buy a new one. I had no idea it would be so easy to replace the spout, and am grateful that he explained the process.

I called that morning to make the appointment. We agreed on 1pm, I told the man that if I couldnt leave work I would call back to cancel. There must have been some miscommunication because they were not there at 1. I called and he said because I didnt call back he sent them on another job. He said they would be there at 2. They got lost on the way so he instructed them to go on ANOTHER job. They finally showed up just before 4pm. But once they got there they were amazing. They located and fixed the problem in no time at all. I didnt ask them to do this but they were nice enough to scrub the sewage out of the tubs for me. The plumbers were just the best I could as for... the man scheduling on the other hand, not so awesome.

They arrived when expected. Did the work as needed and provided excellent professional service.

They found out that the elbow had been cracked upon installation and they repaired it a no charge.

The work performed was excellent. There were two technicians, who were both professional and very knowledgeable of all steps necessary to complete this task. I did not have to assist in any way. I was impressed by the short amount of time that it took for them to do it. They cleaned up the entire area after it was complete and then they came and found me when they'd finished and gave me a complete invoice. I asked them if they offered a senior discount, and he called the company to inquire about that, and they did give me a discount. I've used this company in the past and I certainly would use them again. I recommend them to anybody who is looking for a plumber in this area.

I called because I had no running water and thought a pipe had burst. We were having a horrible thunderstorm but had electricity. They have an emergency number, I called and a man showed up within an hour. Even in the downpour he checked everything and then found out my well pump had a short, found the breaker box, fixed the short checked that the pump worked and only charged me for the emergency call! You can't beat that!

Great. He told me how to do preventative maintenance and had the job done quickly.

I don’t like them. They have a poor service. We switched over to another plumber. They did some repair work and replaced the water heater. We have a dual water heater system and one of them had to be shut off. Instead of removing, the water heater that had a leak and the leaving the other one on, they left one with a leak running and it flooded our ceiling. They did a poor job of taking care of that. I just think they did shabby work. So we got a new water heater. The only thing that bothered me was that they didn’t take the old water heater out of there or they didn’t make sure that it was drained of any water that was in there. I would not recommend them. They gave us a hard time to explain what the problem was and acted like it wasn’t their fault. I am not happy with them. I don’t recall the price but the experience that I had with them was bad.

I've used them before. They had replaced a gas line in my utility room. I was pleased before so I called them out again. The last job happened on a Saturday morning so they charged a little more than they ordinarily would. I would use them again.

Their work has been excellent. I have used them over the last two months. The last time I used them was just yesterday, and I spent $350. They do the job right. They are very quick getting out to me when I call. They are professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I got them off Angie's List. He did a wonderful job explaining what was going on with my line. He made several adjustments while he was here, and I had had a different plumbing company here about five times and they never did that. I have had no problems since they fixed it. He was awesome. They were pretty reasonable.

They were there right on time and they actually got there pretty fast. The price was great. They were professional and told me how to prevent the problem and gave me advice on how to fix the problem permanently.

The faucet in the kitchen was leaking

Water was leaking from what I thought was behind the facia siding so that the foundation and underside of the facia boards are moist beneath the spigot. Called Giglio and the very pleasant receptionist asked if I needed service that day. Since the leak was either intermittent or slow, there was not a rush. An appointment was set for 9:00AM the next morning and the plumber arrived on time and was very courteous. He examined the problem area, explained in very good detail what and why the foundation was wet and promptly replaced the washer in the spigot. He also very kindly explained how to repair the spigot should it start to drip again. Diagnosed the problem and completed the fix in less than 1 hour. Highly recommended and would call them again.

They arrived on time, calling before they got there. They found the leak in my front yard quickly, and began repairing it. I had found this leak on Saturday, and when I called Monday afternoon at 4:30, they agreed to come out early the next day. This was the best $512.00 I have spent lately. They even agreed to come in and replace my p-drain under the sink in the hall bathroom, which had a small leak. I would recommend this company to everyone. They worked fast, were very professional, and the price was reasonable. Remember the name....Giglio....I know I will never forget it.
