Workers rush to put up fence. Do not take pride in their work. Cracked boards installed, refuse to change them. Asked for them to come complete and repair fence. Being given the run around. Would not recommend this company. Do not care about customer service.

I had a deck rebuilt on the second floor, 2 of the post were crooked and argue with me about it.

Great job on my backyard fence and went to extra trouble to work out our details in a way that worked for us. Reasonable price too.

They cancel my job after I paid down half on invoice for materials, they told me that their system got hacked, I had to fight to get my money back, I would not recommend these people to anyone

Very expensive. But work was done (once they started) quickly, efficiently and correctly. Fence does look great!

the initial contact with them was very well, they quoted me a price and were timely, until it was time to do the work, the office manager is extremely rude. No work has been performed, have been trying to make contact with them and they have not refunded my money

Repair fence

Took a while to get the job done. The crew that did the job did good work and cleaned up, but my old gate doors are still here. No one came to remove them after the workers told me someone else would come to get them. They were in a van so I understand they did not have room to take that. It has been about 2 weeks now. Looks like I will have to break them down and put out for trash men

I have paid half of my money more then 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting to hear when they are going to start building my fence

The job was done a week early and all in one day. I very happy with the job.

Scott Fence does not actually do the work. After they get a down payment, they go out and find someone to do the install... My job was supposed to start October 12 and as of the 15, I still do not know when they will start. I like full communication and planning at least a day in advance. I am not happy.

Hired Scott fence but they have not done the job yet due to all the storms and rain.

Scott Fence lived up to all promises. They showed up when promised, did a quality job in a timely fashion, cleaned up when finished, and hauled away all trash. We were totally satisfied.

Work was started ahead of time, communication was slightly delayed, cut list was completed after install quickly and to my satisfaction.

My contractors Donny and Benny from Bay St. Louis installed my fencing and gates with precise detail. The gating on the driveway and walkway gates open and close with perfect balance, which was an operating feature I was very concerned with achieving. Courteous and friendly workmen, as well. We ordered wrought iron railings for the front and back porches of our home. Boyanton Industries assured us that all materials are blasted, sprayed with a rust protective shield and coated before installation. After one rain (within 1 week of completion) all materials are rusting, badly staining the porches and patio. The porches and posts need to be repainted and rust stains need to be removed from all masonry and concrete surfaces. Additionally, rails and base caps were very poorly fitted, bolts securing anchor plates are missing, house siding and porch posts were damaged, paint coating is inconsistent, flat and gloss paint combined, and there is paint over spray everywhere on our porches and patio. Richard Boyanton aggressively demanded final payment before the job was completed, getting into a shouting match and very rudely insulting first my wife, then myself. Given the opportunity to mitigate damages and complete the job to basic industry standards, Boyanton refused to provide specifics and angrily and explosively threatened a lien and a lawsuit. After being sent many photos of the deficient work, he has now fallen silent. Because of Boyanton's rude, unprofessional behavior, calling us liars and accusing us of playing with his money, we no longer trust or want him anywhere near our property. We have contacted 2 reputable contractors, one of which is Scott Fence USA, LLC of Baton Rouge, the real Scott Fence of 60 years, to give us estimates to complete this job correctly and to avoid a lifetime of issues. Please be aware that Boyanton Industries answers their phones as Scott Fence. I thought I was contacting Scott Fence USA in Baton Rouge. However, Boyanton Industries has an LLC as Scott Fence LLC of MS. and I mistakenly assumed that Boyanton Industries was the real Scott Fence USA. Please do not make the same mistake we did as Boyanton is an arrogant bully, fraudulently representing his product, and an unprofessional company that will sell you poor quality products and installation.

The person they sent out to build the gate did a horrible job. I had to wait an unacceptable time to get the gate built correctly and it ended up having to be built again by someone else.

Ask that Gator's team be your installers.

The fence was put up quickly once material arrived (which to a while) but they may have been due to Covid-19. Very good job on fence. Just wish they would have done something with the dirt from the holes.

Gator and his crew replaced a pressure treated, 300-ft-long backyard perimeter fence on a wooded lot in Mandeville. There were two gates, one 10 ft wide and the other 6 ft wide. The gates look great and the post lines are straight as an arrow. The gates have an aluminum frame on the inside that apparently reduces the weight on the hinges. They took 4 days and made it look easy.
