When I called Annabelle back she agreed that the price should include the filing fee, and doesn't know how it has an extra hard charge but there is nothing she can do about it.
I believe that I was initially told the correct information, but when they arrived, they decided to increase the price on me. Most people at that point would be desperate and probably would pay the higher price. I would not recommend this company as from this situation, I believe you will constantly be looking over your shoulder as to extra charges, fees, and customer service would not be responsive to help...
