About us
Central City Millworks, LLC was started after Hurricane Katrina. At that time, it was difficult to find a consistent supplier of milled details that could match the uniqueness of New Orleans architecture. Central City Millworks acquired top of the line machinery along with an established, experienced and creative design team to continue the level of yesteryear craftmanship. Central City Millworks provides quality millwork to contractors, architects, and homeowners. We are proud to be one of New Orleans' premier providers of custom cabinets, stile and rail doors, sashed windows, plantation style shutters as well as any desired profile of interior and exterior standing and running trim. We have recently completed the fabrication and installation of the interior architectural millwork, store fixtures, wall coverings, and all trim applications for the World War II Museum. At this time we have several commercial projects nearing completion, including, Wilson Elementary, Port Sulfur Government Building, St. Bernard Middle School and the St. Bernard Goverment Complex. Today, we have the expertise and knowledge, along with plenty of resources to devote to upcoming projects. Central City Millworks is a single source manufacturer who fabricates, finishes, and installs all work to the latest AWI quality standards. We strive to exceed all industry standards while completing projects as per specifications and on schedule.
