ADAM'S BICYCLE WORLD

Went in on several occasions to shop due to convenient location. Staff was usually unresponsive, and I was made to feel that I was bothering them when asking any questions on products. Staff seems very cliquish towards professional racers, due to exuberant collaborations witnessed with them during visits. Again, due to convenient location; decided to give them another opportunity and brought in my bicycle for a tire repair and purchase and installation of a Cyclo-computer. Work was done well, on time; and employee was very polite and talkative on this occasion. 2 weeks later the new Cyclo-computer stopped working. Stopped in only to inquire on the procedure, and how long it would take to repair or replace the defective unit, and if that was the option. Staff was immediately defensive. Instead of stating something to the fact that they would have to see it first or even apologize; they immediately stated that it was probably not their fault, was probably a manufacturer issue, and were not sure if there was anything that they could do.
