Went in on several occasions to shop due to convenient location. Staff
was usually unresponsive, and I was made to feel that I was bothering
them when asking any questions on products. Staff seems very cliquish
towards professional racers, due to exuberant collaborations witnessed
with them during visits.
Again, due to convenient location; decided to give them another
opportunity and brought in my bicycle for a tire repair and purchase and
installation of a Cyclo-computer. Work was done well, on time; and
employee was very polite and talkative on this occasion. 2 weeks later the new
Cyclo-computer stopped working.
Stopped in only to inquire on the procedure, and how long it would take
to repair or replace the defective unit, and if that was the option.
